"MAYA STOP ! WE WANT TO HELP YOU ! " I screamed .
"NO HE ... HE SAID YOU WANT TO HURT ME, HE SAID YOU ALL WANT TO HURT ME " she screamed back standing on the edge .
"MAYA PLEASE DONT DO THIS " jasmine shouted at her .
" I DONT WANT TO GET HURT " and she let herself drop .
14 hours before
I was sitting in my Spanish class pretending to repeating Spanish verbs .
Everything felt so dull today . There was a lingering feeling in the air and it wasn't good .
" psssst aria " someone said from behind me .
I turned around and the boy had a note in his hands . He passed it over to me and I began to open it .
I could recognise that handwriting anywhere .

I didn't no what to do so I crumpled the paper and put it in my bag.
After repeating another hundred verbs the lesson was over and I was standing outside the girls bathroom arguing with myself on whether I should go in or not .
I ended up opening the door and walking in .
"I didn't think you would come " I heard a voice from behind me .
I looked to see jasmine standing there washing her hands .
"Cut to the chase jasmine ! What do you want ? " I said clearing my voice .
" I erm ... Never mind " she looked down and I could tell she was gonna start crying any minute .
"I'm sorry jas. I didn't mean it like that . What's up ? " I said calmly .
"I,I broke up with AJ " she whispered .
"What w why ? " I stood by her this time hugging her tight .
"I felt as if I couldn't handle a relationship on top of all this 'work' " she sobbed .
"Hey don't worry come " I told her over to the disabled bathrooms which were bigger and also sound proof .
" now tell me everything " i motioned . She nodded in response .

I sat there in shock .
"Wait ! Your parents,brother and sister never knew about you dating AJ? "
She shook her head .
"Why not ? "
"Because you no my brother, he'll get all over protective and then so will my dad,my sister will just be weird about it to. So i never decided to tell it to anyone. But aria I don't no what to do iv been on these 'cases' with the boys and I never knew what you guys do is so dangerous ... I don't want to do it anymore ari " the look in jasmines eyes was a look I had seen many times . Desperation!
"Jas you can't just leave a gang, you have to join another if you want to leave one. There's no getting out unless the leader said so . " I explained .
"Then let me join yours " she said all to fast .
"Wait what ? "
" please aria I don't wanna do this anymore and your dad will let me out so please " she begged . Before I knew what I was doing I nodded.
"Thank you " she said hugging me .
" wait jas ? Why did you tell me to meet you in the bathroom of all places? " I asked confused .
