You awoke in full darkness, and your thoughts began to occupy too much of your mind. You were disappointed that you had to abandon your only friends, and you were concerned about your older brother Topper. You were just laying in your freezing bed, with nothing to do.

The bedroom door opens, causing the light from the door to sting your eyes, prompting you to squint and cover them to relieve the pain. When the pain in your eyes has subsided, you open your eyes to see Rafe Cameron. You gave him a look that indicated you didn't want to speak with him in any way.

Rafe states, "Listen y/n, I know, I know you're angry. Please just listen to me; it's been a week and you still refuse to speak to me," He clarifies. "I don't want to be near you," you say, looking him in the eyes; he scoffed at your remark. "What choice do you have?" Rafe said it in a harsh way, as if he was unhappy with you. You realized you didn't have a choice; you had to be with Rafe or you'd be alone, because you were going to irreparably wreck your friendship with the Pogues. You avert your gaze from Rafe as you prepare to cry silently; you despised his guts at the time, but you also want affection.

What were you thinking at the time? You had to get away from Rafe because he never showed affection and was always a sociopath.

-KIE'S POINT OF VIEW-

It's been a week since y/n went missing, and we still don't know where she is. Pope and I knew we were on our own with this scheme, and we didn't know what to do. Pope raised his eyes to me and questioned, "Why would she just vanish?" ;"I don't know," I say to Pope and also state, "we literally saw her before she vanished, and that's why we're suspects." "Perhaps it was all part of her plan," Pope speculates. "What in the hell are you talking about?" I replied, staring at Pope with a puzzled expression.

"Well, y/n knew our objective was to try not to draw attention to the other disappearance, so maybe she vanished herself so no one could have focused on John B and the others," Pope remarked.

"Yeah, that's possible, or she was flipping abducted," I remarked, looking at the gorgeous blue waters. Pope signs and said "Either way, it helped us out a lot," I gave Pope a 'what the hell' stare. "I'm going to to her house, maybe talk to Topper," I inform Pope. I get up from sitting on the deck and made my way to y/n's house and Pope came along.

We got at y/n's house and knocked on the front door ; we expected Topper to answer, but instead we heard a female voice. Mrs. Thornton answers the door and appears unaffected by y/n's disappearance, which made me upset.

Mrs. Thornton glances at both of us with a disgusted grimace on her face. "May I assist you two?" she inquires. Pope informs her, "We're here to speak with Topper." She gives Pope a cackle, "What's the deal with Topper? In any case, he was the reason for her disappearance" she expresses her dissatisfaction.

I wanted to punch this b*tch so hard...

"How so?" I asked, giving her a nasty look. She wasn't pleased with my demeanor. She makes a sarcastic remark, "He went to that ridiculous party the last time she saw him." "Mrs. Thornton, she was with us at the time. Pope and I were on our way home, and she stated she was comfortable being alone for the time being, so we both departed. Then next thing we know, I'm trying to call her and getting no response." I explained. Mrs. Thornton gave us a rude glare as she asked, "So you're telling me it's your fault she's gone?" At this point, I hated her mother as much as y/n hated her own mother.
