We were back to school and I will admit I had been following Rakim around ever since that night at the movies, I was looking around the corner, he was with his friends, I was staring deeply at him not aware of my surroundings "You done stalking him?" I jumped, It was Syd "Oh it's just you" I said holding my chest, "Stalking? I would never!" I said loudly walking away "Mhm" she said giving me a smirk. I was in class drawing in my notebook, and what was I doing? I was drawing his name repeatedly, I looked at the piece of paper disgusted "What the hell" I was doing that corny shit. I walked up to my teacher "may I go to the restroom?" I whispered to her, she nodded her head yes, I exited the class and walked around a little bit, going everywhere but the bathroom, was I overthinking this? I sighed and put my head in my hands "you good?" I heard a concerned familiar voice, It was Rakim, I looked up "Yeah." I said looking down "I'm up here" he said waving his hand in front of my face I looked up at him, he smiled "that's better" It got quiet "so we just gonna have a staring contest?" I asked waiting for him to say something, he finally spoke "you haven't told anyone what happened right?" I gave him a confused look "No?" he put his hand on my shoulder "Ah I didn't think so, that's all I needed cya" he picked up his hand from my shoulder and walked off, I leaned up against the wall I sighed once again "Hey!" I heard someone whisper yell I looked around I rolled my eyes noticing it was Jasper, Taco and Earl "What?" I said not looking at them, "I heard what happened" Taco said jokingly punching my shoulder they all started giggling "you guys sound childish" I was tryna play it off like I was fine but I was nervous as hell "don't tell anyone" I said staring them all down "we won't" they all said still giggle, Who knows who they'll tell. I finally went back to the class, everyone had their eyes on me I thought they would stop staring since it's normal everyone looking when you com back to class but when I sat down I heard whispering, Is it about me? Did I do something? Is there something on me? I tried to ignore it but it felt like everyone was judging me. The bell rang I quickly got my stuff not even pushing in my chair and left. I was rushing through the halls I felt like eyes were on me, I was shitting bricks why was everyone staring at me? do they know? my thoughts suddenly got caught off by me bumping into someone "Yo watch the fuck out!" I balanced myself looking at the person, It was Rakim and a friend? "damn my fault" I said getting pissed off, I tried to walk away then I felt myself get pulled back "What the-" I was cut off by being thrown on the floor "The fuck you said to me" the tall boy said staring at me on the floor "I said-" I was once again cut off but this time by a punch in my fucking face, everything went black "why does this always happen to me?" I say to myself. "Tylerrr" "Tyler get up" I kept hearing muffled voices but everything was still dark, I slowly opened my eyes trying to unblur my vision I seen two people, I opened my eyes all the way up it was Rakim and his supposed friend that punched me "You good?" Rakim asked concernedly looking at me, I looked at his friend that punched me, before I could speak "Um sorry, I didn't mean to-" I cut him off "Yeah I don't care" I raised up off the bed looking for my bag and phone trying to get the hell out of there, I turned around back at them "Where is my stuff?" I said already annoyed, They both shrugged their shoulders "I don't know" Rakim responded, I was getting really annoyed so I started throwing things around looking for my belongings, "Well help me fucking find it" I said giving an attitude "Lower yo voice before-" I snapped back at him "You ain't gonna do shit" I slowly laughing at him, he sat there in silence obviously pissed, I found my phone and my bag and attempted to leave "Shut the fucking door" Rakim said loudly, I turned around for the 100th time "Or?" I stared at him with a wide smile on my face, He stood up thats when my smile faded off my face, "Or I tell everyone" He said whispering getting all up in my face, I busted out laughing "so you're gonna tell a secret you wanted ME to keep" I kept laughing while he was still in my face, I stopped laughing "fuck out of my face" I turned around opening the door and slamming it shut behind me (ok he on his king shit😭). When I got outside in the fresh air I thought to myself "how am I gonna get home", I called Syd 6 times and she wouldn't answer she was the only one with a car I knew and mom will kick my ass for leaving my bike at school, "whatever I'll walk".
