Chapter 4: What in the world?!

'We. Are. So. Fucked.' Deadpanned the member of the Quintet of Chaos.

3 hours earlier...

He didn't mean it. He just wanted to find baby Jin Ling and bring him to his parents. But then someone has tampered with the array, causing him to not only teleport Jin Ling, but the entire Four Great Sects' nurseries. There was so much crying that even Lan An, the one normally most favoured by children, couldn't even calm them down. The Quintet tried not to alarm the Yu Family (this is not the same character for Madam Yu's name) but it just ended up in more chaos anyway. It was still relieving considering how the people in the viewing room haven't heard the babies crying.

It wasn't until Yu Lian came in all her stern but loving and caring glory that has calmed even the most hot-tempered baby down. She had then asked the army of cute babies to tickle the quintet to the point they laughed so hard they couldn't even breathe. The most difficult part was to ask them to sit down and eat. The babies made a mess everywhere that it will take hours to clean it. Thus the reason she looked tired as hell earlier.

After the terrifying ordeal, nicknamed 'The Baby Disaster' by the disciples who helped taking care of the army of babies, the Quintet of Chaos was punished to taking care of the guests in the viewing room for a few days, much to the chagrin of it's members, except Lan An. They were ordered to prepare for the drama the coming day and asking permissions to use some of the spirits memories to power the screen.

It was only around midnight when they finally got to sleep. Since it was the last day of peace for them, they decided to camp in the nearby woods. They packed their supplies and headed north to the nearby woods. Evergreen Forest is a beautiful place to fish and relax, but it is actually a quiet forest with some occasional chirping from phoenixes and other mythical creatures. It makes the perfect camping spot because the forest and it's creatures are somehow very protective of the disciples and family living nearby, thus deeming it as safe. Other than that, the temperature surrounding it is cool and has a calming aura.

The Quintet of Chaos makes their way to a clearing near a clear lake. The lake's waters were so clear that you can see the fish swimming in there with spiritual energy surrounding it's build. They started to set up camp close to the banks of the lake and Lan An pulled out their provisions. They started a bonfire and started roasting some cured meats and vegetables. They shared stories during their times being sect leader as they ate their snacks.

It was getting late, but Lan An has a question. "Yo, guys. What will happen if shijie's son became a bottom? I mean, A-Xian's body that time was extremely weak that day, but now that he has gained his muscles and golden core back, will A-Zhan become pregnant?" The Quintet froze and actually thought about it. Lan An is usually the one to ask really weird questions, which helps a lot when he is helping his master creating new spells and arrays. The Quintet then realised that if this is the case, Wei WuXian might actually be the top forever and that was the only time Lan WangJi will top but Nie Yang and Jin Yong insisted that they are switches. They continued arguing till near midnight. Lan An had fallen asleep in the middle of the argument and was lying on Jiang Chi's lap.

Without their resident mediator, the four has just decided to angrily munch on some pastries and waited around half a shichen, stargazing and daydreaming till they fallen asleep. The Quintet woke up around maoshi to the sound of the roosters in their personal farm not far from there. They quickly packed up their belongings and headed to the viewing room. Outside the massive doorway, the Yu Family is currently herding the disciples inside, some of them carrying their personal belongings such as blankets, toys etc. As the last of the residents scooted inside, Yu Lian placed some silencing and alarm talismans. This is to warn the family and senior disciples in case of incoming attacks and to make sure that nothing from the room will leak out.

"Welp, is everyone in?" Asked Yu Lian. Heads nodded around her and locked the entrance to the viewing room. Cultivators from the Jianghu were awed to see so many disciples because immortals were said to rarely take in disciples, such as the legendary BaoShan SanRen.

"Get yourselves comfortable people cause we are staying here for an unknown amount of time." The cultivational world suddenly caused an uproar. "What about our people!?" "And the kids!?" "Let us out now!" "Evil!" "CALM DOWN!!!" A mysterious woman shouted. The cultivators looked behind Yu Lian and saw a woman of similar physique. It was at that moment Lan XiChen decided to run over. "A-NIANG!" He cried and hugged his mother. "A-Huan, shhh, shhh. A-Niang's here."

The world suddenly halted. The moment Lan XiChen heard and recognised his mother voice, his voice broke and lost his restraint. "XiongZhang." "ZeWu-Jun." "A-Huan." The world froze. "YiLing Patriarch!" "Why are you here!?" "HanGuang-Jun, pray please tell us what is happening here."
