The Destiny approached the mysterious vessel with scanners on max. "Sir scanners picking up no life forms although there is a large electro magnetic resonance coming from the cargo hold. Opposite side to the docking port. Sending holomap now. " said Revan as he moved things around on his projected display. The AI picked off the holomap and took it through the ships systems and dropped it onto the holo table. "Ah I see where you mean, a very simplistic design." Said Garrus. "Men gear up we are heading in". The Destiny swung around and docked with the ship. Dex, Jax, Niner and Garrus moved out of the docking port and walked over checking their sides as they crossed the cargo hold to find out what was causing the electromagnetic disturbance. "Look Garrus its there, a robot in a powered down state." Said Dex. Garrus turned and noticed the robot and started to approach. "It's Evon but showing as not being hostile" said Garrus. "The electromagnetic field is gone Garrus" replied the teams engineer Jax. "Angel send over the drones to scout the rest of the ship" said Garrus over comms. The docking hatch opened and 7 drones came out and flew off into the ship whist three more accompanied by Angel came out and moved over to the rest of the team. "According to my calculations this synthetic is harmless and peaceful, I would suggest powering it up" said Angel looking at her display and moving several drones throughout the ship. "Very well" said Garrus as he turned towards the machinec and moved a few Cables around in its neck. Fizzzt the synthetic powered on and stood up. "Helo I am Knight. I am glad you didn't shoot me on site with me being Evon even though I am completely harmless." Said the synthetic. "Why are you here?" Said Garrus signalling for his team to lower there weapons. "I am here to warn you and offer you our help"said Knight. "What do you mean 'our' help we wiped your kind of in the great war" said Garrus getting confused. "A small amount of Evon did not follow the same prophet as the ones you fought against we preferred to follow the creators." Said Knight. "And who created you?" Said Garrus becoming intrigued. "The SPYR created the Evon as helpers and guardians to defend the laboratories from the sovereign before the peace treaty was made between all races. After the peace treaty was made most stayed to continue helping the SPYR in there research and alot of the guardians stayed to help defend the citadel as a security force. After the blink teleport was created we defended everywhere for the SPYR. Without us alot of your technology wouldnt exist for although we are synthetics we can think by ourself. I guess thats what caused alot of us to turn against you because some saw it as the SPYR were using the Evon even though they created us and that we were the superior race." Said Knight acknowledging Angel's presence. "Fascinating" said Garrus. Interrupting Angel said " Alpha One check in." Knight replied "Hello master did you miss me?" Angel put her tablet away, ran over to Knight and hugged the machine. "I missed you so much" said Angel tears coming to her eyes. "Wait you created this one?" Said Garrus getting even more confused. "It wasnt just the readings that made me stop you from destroying it I had a gut feeling it was Alpha One, my Knight. I created him as a companion to aid in my research. I was 19 years old barely an adult when I created him. I thought I had lost him during the siege on my laboratory a group of rogue Evon attacked my laboratory during the start of the great war, destroyed all the guardians and in order to protect me Knight took a shot to the chest and was forced to go off with them. Luckily Knight had just done a download to my database so all his knowledge was with me not him". Said Angel with more tears coming to her eyes. "Well I am home now master and I have some incredibly useful knowledge for you, there is no point in looking for the ship logs I can tell you everything. I am the only thing on board this ship except for my data storage banks which are over there" said Knight pointing to a container next to the docking port. "Very well Knight you may head onto the Destiny, Angel could you move that container to your lab and also escort Knight there, I want you to find out everything you can from Knight and then since you created him he can help you with your research and become a permanent part of our crew." Said Garrus as he turned towards the Destiny docking port and walked towards the hatch....
