It's six o'clock, I just finished my homework, so it's time to get ready for the date. I have no clue what I'm going to wear because I have no idea where we are going. It's a surprise, but i might as well either go with a cute dress or a nice shirt paired with nice jeans.
Thirty minutes later I decided to go with a blue dress with flowers as a pattern matched with some cute sandals. For my makeup I went with a natural look, nude lip gloss for my lips and a brown smokey eye for my eyeshadow.
I have another thirty minutes until Ash is going to be knocking on my door, so I decided to reread my favorite book "Because of Karson". As soon as I reached my favorite part of all time there was a knock at the door. I sighed, grabbed my phone and purse, and headed downstairs.
Once I opened the door I stood in front of Ash Jones who was dressed in a black t-shirt and blue jeans."M'lady I have brought you flowers, I hope you like them," Ash said handing me pink roses.
"They are lovely, why don't you come in while I put these in a vase," I reply walking into the kitchen.
He closes the front door then follows me into the kitchen.
"You look so pretty, I'm surprised I'm not stuttering right now," he says with a huge smile on his face.
Grabbing the vase I reply with a simple "Thank You". I then put water and the flowers in the vase then place them on the counter.
"Okay we can get going to this "secret" place of yours," I say with a laugh.
"Off we go then," Ash says with a smile.
When we walk outside I make sure to lock the door and then follow Ash to his car.
Before getting into the car I ask, "Are you going to tell me where we are going or must I wait until we get there to find out?"
"You must wait, but I will tell you it is an hour car ride to get there," Ash said while we both got in the car.
"Grr, I hate surprises," I say and proceed to get on my phone.
What seems like an hour but was only thirty minutes later we are in another city, and I am looking out the car window and enjoying all the new sights. After a while of observing i get bored.
"Time for me to get annoying," I start off, "ARE WE THERE YET?"
"Not yet, but almost there we just have another thirty minutes and we will be at our destination," Ash said with a smile.
Once I decide to get on my phone the last thirty minutes had passed like a breeze but when we arrived I was almost asleep until I felt the car come to a full stop.
"Sarrah we're here," Ash said sweetly, seeming like he didn't want to wake me up.
Once I finally got around to opening my eyes I was shocked at where we were. We were parked in front of an amusement park. I looked at Ash and smiled.
"An amusement park," I start off, "I've never been to one before."
"Well then I chose the perfect spot," Ash said with an even bigger smile than mine, obviously he was proud of himself.
"I'm glad you chose an amusement park because I've never had the time to go to one and when I was younger my parents never had the time to take me to one because they were always working," I said sounding a bit sad.
Ash smiled and got out the car to come to my side and opened my door.
"What a gentleman," I said with a small giggle.
"That's the way my mother raised me and the way all boys should be raised."
We walked into the park holding hands, and the first thing I did was look around. This park was huge, but the ride to catch my attention first was The Cyclone, a large rollercoaster.
"Can we go on The Cyclone first if you don't mind?" I asked.
"Your wish is my command madam," Ash said and we both laughed.
I grabbed Ash's hand again and pulled him all the way to The Cyclone. There was at least thirty to forty people in line.
"This line is long do you want to go to another ride?" I asked.
"I don't mind waiting," Ash said while pulling out his wallet.
"What are you doing?" I asked.
"Getting money out for the ride and before you say you want to pay I am paying for this entire date because I brought you here so it is on me, you got that and no arguing," Ash said strictly but sweetly at the same time.
"Yes I got that and thank you but I will repay you for all of this by choosing our next date and I will be paying for it, does that sound like a plan?" I questioned.
"Yes in fact that sounds awesome especially since you are thinking ahead and are already planning our second date," he said with the same big smile as earlier.
After our conversation it was our turn to get on the rollercoaster. The ride lasted for about fifteen minutes and now it was time to play carnival games.
It has been two hours of carnival games and rides and i was extremely tired, so I started asking Ash, "Hey Ash can we go home I'm tired."
"Of course we can."
We drove the hour home and pulled into Ash's driveway. I got out the car and so did Ash and we walked over to my front door. I turned around when we approached the door and was met with a smiling Ash Jones.
"May I kiss you?" he asked.
"Yes and thank you for asking first," I replied.
We both leaned in and kissed one another. The kiss was soft, sweet, and passionate and lasted what felt like hours on end. When we did pull eventually pull away we were both smiling."Goodinght Sarrah," Ash said.
I nodded and he walked away, I then unlocked my front door and went straight to my bedroom and fell asleep.
