Dear Lover

Today Mason is meeting my mum and dad, along with Ellie, Caitlin and Jonnie. His nervous.  I slide on a red skirt, jumper and red blazer. I slide on red heels. I straighten my hair and do light make up. I go outside and Mason is wearing a red shirt and jeans. His wearing converse and he walks over to  me. "You look amazing" said Mason. "So do you" I said. "So, who am I meeting?" asked Mason. "My mum, Debbie, dad Alexander. My brother Jonnie and Caitlyn my sister and Joanne, my dad's wife and Caitlyn's mum" I said. "OK" said Mason, nodding. "You'll be fine, trust me" I said. "OK, that's fine. I'm just nervous" said Mason.

I place my hands on his cheek. "Trust me, they'll love you" I said, smiling. We share a kiss and have waffles and tea. Once we finish, we head to my mum's place. We're all meeting there. I feed the dogs before we go. 

Once we arrive, we get out of the car. I walk over to Mason. I place my hands on his neck. "Relax, you have me in there" I said, smiling a bit. "I know, it's just I want them to like me. What if they think I'm too young for you?" asked Mason. "They won't. Ellie won't be here because she's busy but my siblings, parents and step mom will love you" I said, hoping it sooths him. He nods and kisses me. We go to the door and I knock. Mum opens the door. "Your here! Come in!" said mum. We go inside. Dad, Joanne, Jonnie and Caitlyn stand up. "This is my boyfriend, Mason" I said. "I'm Debbie. Just call me Debbie, no point in calling me Miss" said mum. Mason nods. "Alexander but call me Alex" said dad. "Joanne, call me Jo" said Jo. "Jonnie, her old brother" said Jonnie. "Caitlyn, younger sister" said Caitlin. "Hi everyone" said Mason. 

We sit down on the loveseat and I hold Mason's hands. "So,  your 22. Aren't you a bit young for Pez?" asked Jonnie, smirking. "I'm not too young for her, love has no age unless your 21 and the person is 98" said Mason. "True, I don't understand how that can happen!" said Jonnie. I roll my eyes. "You play for Chelsea?" asked dad. "I do, I love it. I never want to leave but you can never tell what will happen in the future. It's good for me and Pez, because I live in London, so no long travels, only if I am outside London for the likes of a match" said Mason. I smile and rub his hand with my thumb.

"You seem like a good guy for our Pez, protect her and love her" said mum. "I will, I love her to bits. She makes me incredibly happy" said Mason. "Has she met your teammates yet?" asked Jonnie. "Actually, they do want to meet you, so how about you come to training with me tomorrow?" asked Mason. "Sure, I'd love to meet them" I said. "Great" smiled Mason. "Your two cute you two" said Caitlyn. I laugh and look at Mason. "She never looked  at Zayn like that" said mum. "That's because this is a new love and I think the one for them both" said dad. They smile at us and we smile back. "Maybe your right, this feels right. I can see the future" I said, smiling. "So can I" said Mason. 

We have pizza and then we head home an hour later. We put on pyjama's and decide to watch Gogglebox and I feed Hatchi and Travis. At 10 we go to bed to be up at 8 tomorrow.

My family like Mason, which I'm happy about.
