Katherine and reain entered the auditorium earlier than most people, so they talked while they waited. The auditorium didn't stay empty for long more people satrted arriving around 15 minutes later and by the time it was full reain couldn't even hear Katherine anymore. Alert some time a man in his thirties or forties walked onto the stage

Hensley clapped his hand five times, effectively quieting his audience. And began to goal in a warm tone.
Greetings to the newest members of our society, I'll try to keep this speech breif, I know you all are very excited to know who you've been paired up with and to get your missions" he says cheerily and continues
As you have learned no doubt, that our society of warfare entire purpose, is to serve as the king's defenses , weather as a spy, or a solider or apublic enforcement. You all have a place and as this years group of graduating mages your place in our lovely world is as spies.
now this is a lesser known fact but the reasons we uses specifically mages as spies is because your magic is undetectable. That's dangerous. That's incredible. Rare even, that you all have a talent that effects you biologically, regular magic welders, don't possess this unique ability.
Now, over the course of this past year you have refined your magic, and Learnt how to use it discreetly, lethally and deceptively. After today you all will be fully trained spies, and will be going on your first real missions.
So stay sharp my dears, And go forward today, hold your head up high, and be the dedicated and devoted servants to our king you can be!

After the speech the girls walked out of the large auditorium and out into the foggy courtyard. They approached a huge bulletin board along the back of the end of the auditorium it was as tall as door and as long as as the auditorium. It was sectioned off by letters, and had hundreds of different colored envelopes along the board. reain and kath split up as to get their envelopes. Rein found hers under the r section of the bulletin board, it was a dark green shade,and was sealed gold wax, it als o had her name printed on it in gold ink. She grabbed the envelope quickly, and since the crows was slightly overwhelming to her, she walked away from the board toward the front of the building to wait for kath who approached her a few minutes afterwards. Reain noticed that Katherine had the same color envelope as her the same time kathrine did.
"There the same color" they said in unison.
"We open them on three Kay" reain said at alomost a whisper
"Yea" Katherine replied in the same tone,

They tore open the envelopes.
A small shout came from Katherine,
" we've been paired together" reain whispered to Katherine.
"YES" she shouted. Before flinging herself at reain an pulling her into a tight hug.
"They must really think we're a good team if they paired us together. Reain said hugging Katherine back
When Katherine put reain down reain said
"We better collect our stuff from the training circle then, we've gotta get a move on if we want to get out of here by tomorrow "
Okay let's go then kath said back to her .
