Chapter Two

Present; high school 

"Noona." Jihoon called Ah Yeong, who is a year older than him as he saw his noona tried her best to stay awake and kept her eyes open. 

"Ah..Jihoonie." Ah Yeong answered him as she still feeling sleepy.

Jihoon sat down next to her and then tap his shoulder as he was giving a signal for Ah Yeong but that girl looked so confused while looking at him with those sleepy eyes. 

"What are you doing?" she asked and rubbed her right eye. 

"Put your head here and sleep for a bit. I will wake noona up when the bus is arrived." Jihoon said but he did not look at her. However, she could see how red Jihoon's face right now.

"Noona is fine-" 

He cut her off as he pulled her closer, reaching for her head and placed on his broad shoulder. Jihoon's action caught her off guard. Thanks to him, she did not feel sleepy anymore. 

"I know we are at the bus stop now but noona..just get some sleep alright?" he whispered to her. 

As the bus arrived, Jihoon woke her up and slowly grabbed her hand as to guide her into the bus. He even paid for her bus fare before she got a chance to argue with him. The bus is full with a lot of students and also people so Jihoon quickly pulled her to stand in front of him, closer to his chest. He still holding her hand but then suddenly, he reached for the hand that he was holding and put on his arm, the one that he held onto the bus handle rail on top of his head. 

"Hold on tight okay, noona?" Jihoon smiled at her which she found it cute. 

"O-okay.." she held his arm tighter as the bus made a sudden break. 

"Noona can hold onto the hem of my school jacket, if noona want." 

'Is he playing with my heart or what? cause it works...but no, we have been friends for a long time. He is only being nice to me.' Ah Yeong thought to herself. 

-time skip-

Jihoon bid goodbye to her as soon as they had reached at Ah Yeong's class. Ah Yeong was glad and thanks to god multiple times because Jihoon is a year younger than her and they were not in the same class. It was because being his classmate will make her heart non-stop beating like crazy. She thought that she had a heart disease as she almost went to the hospital last time. Being close to Jihoon, made her feel safe but at the same time her body reacted differently, she felt nervous and could not stop sweating. 

"Ah Yeong-ahhhh" 

Seungcheol called her name as soon as he saw her. He ran towards her and ruffled her hair. 

"Why are standing here? Nearby the door? Is there anything interested to look at?" Seungcheol looked at the classroom's door and touched it as he never touch a door before. 

"OHH look! There is an ant here. It looks so cute." Seungcheol said as he is really put his focus on that ant. 

Ah Yeong giggles at Seungcheol's reaction. 

"Hey losers"

"Hey shua" Ah Yeong said while going to her seat, leaving Seungcheol which he was still staring at the ant. 

"Cheol-ah, stop being weird and come inside! The first period is almost starting!" 

That was Jeonghan, Ah Yeong's class president. These three people are also friends with Jihoon and she also became friends with them as soon as Jihoon introduced her to them on the day she tagged him along to his usually hang out place. But there is more..9 people I guess?, yeah 13 boys. How chaos it will be if all of them being in one place. 

"Have you study for the quiz, Yeongie?" Seungcheol is her seatmate and he always clings to her if he wants answers for their school homework or quizzes. 

"I'm not going to help you again this time, Seungcheol." 

"Aaaaaaa Yeongie, please help me this time. I fell asleep last night while studying and I didn't have the time to study few days ago as I went for a blind date." he pouts. 

She glares at him which the answer is still no. 

He starting to whine and whine and whine while poking your arms with his fingers. 

"Alright alrighttttt. You are so whiny and annoying." Ah Yeong finally gave up. 

"You are the best, Ah Yeong. I will treat you a bread and a banana milk, okay?"

"Two banana milk"

"Alright! Yah Jeonghan-ah, Ah Yeong is going to help me answering the quiz later on!" Seungcheol shouts, which causes Ah Yeong to hit him. 

"Great. Tell the whole class dumbass." she scoffed. 

"You bet Ah Yeong will get higher marks than you even though you cheated." Jeonghan smirked at Seungcheol.

"But still you guys cannot beat me because I'm the most intelligent and rich among you three." Joshua proudly said to them but then..

"OUCH WHY DO YOU HIT MY HEAD?!"

"That's what you get from being annoying, dumb bitch." Jeonghan spoke after he hit Joshua on the head. 

The bell rang and it meant the time to answer the quiz has ended, and also it's recess time. Everyone went so hurry to submit their quiz because they want to line up for today's main lunch. The menu are chicken katsu with udon. Ah Yeong did not even bother to rush over those as she is allergic to chicken. She went to submit her quiz to the teacher and went back to her seat to tidy her table before she go to the music club. 

"Ah Yeong-ah, you're going to eat lunch at the music club again?" Seungcheol asked her. 

She nods, "I promised Jihoon to eat there with him today and also help him with writing lyrics."

"That's so cool. May I join-OUCH" he hissed at the person next to him.

"Don't disturb the lovebirds, you dumb." Jeonghan said after he hit Seungcheol. 

"Yah, we are not-"

"Are you sure, Ah Yeong?" Joshua smirked and moved his eyebrows up and down. 

"W-what??? Sure about what?" Ah Yeong looked at her three friends with a confused face. 

"You know what I meant." Joshua still kept on wiggling his eyebrows. 

"Oh gosh, they love each other too much until they didn't even notice it. Both of you are so clueless." Jeonghan said before he flicks her forehead lightly. 

"Jihoon doesn't like me that way...." she stated her own opinion while rubbing her forehead where Jeonghan flicked it. 

"Yeah yeah, suit yourself. As if you didn't like him even a bit. You both have been friends for 10 fucking years." Jeonghan still stood with his words, which got Ah Yeong thinking. 

'me? like Jihoon? no way'

Ah Young was being denial of her own feelings. But deep down she is care about Jihoon, it just she did not even know if those kind of feelings are 'love' or she only wanted to take care of this small boy.

Jihoon is flirting with Ah Yeong but Ah Yeong didn't even notice, that dumb bitch.
