'Twas a long night in Gotham city the night before Christmas for Batman, lots of villains and crooks attempting robberies at either banks or toy stores. And of course, a run-in with the Joker, Batman's greatest nemesis.
But the last call of the night, he thought, was quite strange. A mother with a family of three children called in asking for help about some suspicious figure going from roof to roof in her neighborhood with a red sack being held behind his back. Saying that he had already cleared up all other activity, he decided why not go take a look.
When he got to this neighborhood however, he actually did see footprints going from roof to roof. "Could there be a new villain in Gotham city?" Batman thought to himself while continuing to stare over the neighborhood roofs. As curiosity sometimes got the best of him, he starting following the prints in the snow and he noticed, that next to the foot prints, were... reindeer foot prints? No, it couldn't be.. could it?
He started following the tracks faster and faster, ready to find out who this strange being was. Just a moment later, he could hear faint bells ringing in the distance and he just knew by his intuition, that this had to be the person he'd been looking for for the past half-hour.
As Batman got closer to the sounds of the bells, he could also hear a deep mans voice. The man was laughing happily and kept saying something about children and gifts. This made Batman furious. Of course because he thought this man was a villain, he also thought that this villain was stealing children Christmas gifts. The reason this made Batman so aggravated, was because he knew that these children's parents spent their time and money getting these gifts for their children, and he never had that.
He was now only a few feet away from this deep-voiced man. He hid behind a chimney while the villain was just on the other side talking to his reindeer friends. Batman's plan was that when the villain came back up from the chimney with the child's gifts, he would catch him. He heard the Jolly man going down the chimney and waited in anticipation.
The villain started making his way back up the chimney and Batman was more then ready to catch him. He got his nets and handcuffs ready and waited. The second the villain crawled out of the chimney, Batman attacked him and covered him with his net. His adrenaline was going so fast in his body, that he didn't even realize how the man looked until after putting the handcuffs on him.
"Santa...?" Batman said, confused. "Yes Bruce, it's me". Batman couldn't comprehend what was happening and stood there for a moment, in shock. He un-cuffed Santa and took off the net he had thrown over him. He looked up and saw the sleigh with it's 9 reindeer, Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen, and of course, Rudolph the very, very red-nosed reindeer.
"Would you like to help me deliver the rest of the gifts, Bruce? I've only got Gotham City left then Christmas deliveries are over for me." Santa asked Batman in a hoping voice.
"Are you sure? I mean wouldn't I just slow you down Santa?"
"Yes Bruce, I'm positive. I would love to have you along with me tonight"
And so Batman boarded Santa's sleigh and they delivered toys to the rest of the boys and girls of Gotham City and in only 20 minutes, they were done."So... this is goodbye?" Batman asked in a sad tone. Santa came up close to Batman and said very softly, "Not if you don't want it to be". Santa put his hand up to Batman's cheek then quickly took it back. Batman blushed and thought to himself that is was very good that he was wearing a mask at the moment, or else Santa would've seen how pink he got. "We can... take this to my place if you want..?" Batman suggested. Santa nodded and boarded his sleigh again, he invited Batman along with him.
As they were on the way to Bruce Wayne's mansion, Santa taught Batman how to ride the sleigh so he could direct them to his home. When they got the front door of the manor, before going inside, they each grabbed each others faces and suddenly, had a long passionate kiss. They quickly went inside and went straight up to Bruce's master bedroom, so quick that Alfred hadn't even had time to see that Batman had brought someone along with him.
