This Chapter is back to Zaliyah's POV

I slowly opened my eyes looking around my surroundings adjusting my eyes to the natural light I sat up and began to slowly pry Jurian's arms from around me

Jurian: Don't ...Don't leave me not yet

He mumbled in his deep voice I felt butterflies all over my stomach he wrapped his arm tighter around my waist I couldn't move I didn't want to wake him and honestly, I liked the feeling of his arm wrapped around me I felt safe tight, and warm

I leaned over the bed and grabbed my phone carefully trying not to wake Jurian up, I turned on my phone and looked at my messages from my mom telling me how living with Jurian was for a few minutes before Jurian finally woke up and let go of me

Jurian: Good morning baby girl

He said after his stretch

My stomach fluttered with butterflies I normally didn't want anyone calling me that I wasn't close with but with him, I secretly liked the way he said it

Zaliyah: Morning

I said texting good morning to Brittany

Jurian: Don't we have school?

He said opening his blue eyes turning and looking at me

Zaliyah: Yeah

He turned and put his head in his pillow and mumbled

Damn

Well damn me too

my cheeks started getting hotter To avoid any confrontation I got up and walked out the door to the kitchen to get some apple juice I poured myself a glass and gulped it down quickly taking a deep breath after I was done

"Thirsty are we "

I placed my glass in the kitchen sink before turning around to see Jurian with a smirk on his face and mischievous eyes with his arms crossed around his chest

Zaliyah: Uh yeah well it just got... hot in there

Jurian: It was normal room temperature to me

He said coking his eyebrow up looking like he was trying to prove a point

Zaliyah: Yeah because you're a lot bigger than me so

I said trying to make sense but I didn't make any sense at all whatsoever but I wasn't going to tell him I got hot from his morning voice

Jurian: I get it ... I'm quite huge I might say

He said with lust in his eyes now biting his lip from the side

I was lost for words I didn't know what to say I opened my mouth about to say something but instead, I just looked at him and he looked back at me satisfied

Jurian: Cat got your tongue Huh?

Still, I couldn't say anything but nod my head

Zaliyah: I'm going to hang out with Brittany today

I said out of nowhere but secretly thinking if that's what I needed maybe that's why I was suddenly blushing and getting nervous around Jurian because I was hanging around him too much and it was pretty obvious he was an attractive man so it's a basic action of nature

Jurian: Are you asking for my permission?

I don't know why I told him what I did I just did and I still was lost for words staring at him like a freak I mean what the hell was wrong with me today instead of saying actual words I just nodded again not knowing what to say
