Her quirk is Radiation which means her body sucks the radiation from the earth, the way that anyone can tell she's using her quirk is her hair and eyes they turn turn into a specific color.
What can her quirk do?
Basically her quirk can stop any type of electronic in range it will also cause her enemies to be slow, since radiation is toxic she can also send radio waves it means that it can mess something up in their body but it won't effect Rahp another thing her quirk can do is thermonuke known as thermonuclear which can cause her body burn up which you can see if her skin go dark and red lines in her skin what it can do is give major third agreed burns and melt what ever she is walking to or near her. The most dangerous part is Atomic blast will blind you and won't kill you unless its at a certain percentage.
The good thing is she can heal her self by regenerating but it takes a few years to be healed fully, she can also use her atomic blast to fly.
Bad thing is when she's ever in battle and using her quirk for too long which can last about an hour once that hour is done she will over heat which then cause her to go to an atom bomb in which case meaning she's going to blow everything that is around her.
Side effects if radiation goes into someone's body; get sick, headache, poison, tired, messes any organ and then you pass out and a 50% chance you'll survive.
Needs, nukeular toxic waste or something that has radiation needs to flow through out her body but normally well feed off of radiation from the earths core.

Personality: Kind person but gets very angry quickly of small or certain things of whoever actions, hates showing her emotions, someone who likes to show off most of the time, teasing/messing around with others she knows.
Abilities besides quirk: Tail wack or sweep, imitation display, stab something with her spines.
