After the game we all went to the carnival. We played games and had a lot of fun until I saw the crew. The sandlot kids and of course Amelia. What a brat. Amelia looked at me. I turned my head quickly.
"Whats wrong?" Phillips said.
"Oh no nothing"
"Sandlot" one of Phillips friends said. Everyone looked at them.
"Maybe we should go play a game" I said.
"Ooo what about this one" Barry said. (One of Phillips teammates. I did not know what to name him).

You end up getting Ice cream with the boys. While walking home with the boys the sandlot crew walked up to us. Bennys arm was around Amelia's shoulder.
"Where you guys goin with my sister" yeah-yeah said.
"Im going to his house mom said I could"
"Who cares" He said as he grabbed my arm and yanked me.
"Ay! Get your hands off her!" Phillips screamed. The sandlot boys were ready to fight.
"Oh my gosh why cant I do what I want to do! Why is it always what you want Alan. Why cant I hang out with them just because hes your enemy not mine gosh. Come on guys" I walked away and the boys followed. We walked to Phillips house. His parents were super nice and so was his sister. We slept downstairs in their basement and played games and ate pizza. It was super fun! I slept next to Phillips that night. In the morning everyone was tired we stayed up late. We all ate breakfast and went home. Phillips said we will hang out tomarrow at Barrys house.
"Oh Hey y/n how was the sleepover?" Mom said.
"Great! I had a lot of fun. I think we are going to barrys house tomorrow."
"Ok sure! Make sure you invite them over here and.. Oh! Your brother needs to talk to you."
"Ugh ok" I said annoyed. She stopped me before I left the room.
"I really like Jordan. Hes a nice boy and im sorry that Alan does not feel the same way" She said.
