The whole situation was in abstruseness, though there wasn't anything deep to sink in, jungkook still had a hard time processing.
Looking into Taehyung's deep brown eyes, where he held his pensive look. Jungkook felt uneasy.
"H-how can I help y-you" the soft voice of the boy fell onto Taehyung's ears.
"I don't beat around the bush" the young ceo began. "I want you to keep an eye on one of your teacher. It should be done passively". Jungkook's eye widened at the piece of information. The boy who's an introvert— now assigned as a 'spy'.
"Also pretend to be my boyfriend infront of my family" the young ceo added, nonchalantly with a cold gaze.
The boy's eyes widened more, if that was even possible. First the spy thing. Now deceiving a whole family...?
These are way beyond the boy's league. He could never do something like that. Or alteat that's what he thought.
"I'm not good at deluding" the ravenette bit his rose tinted lips. He's an innocent soul..how can he fake pretend.
Taehyung chuckled. "Your..innocence can be traded with trust". He said tenaciously once his chuckle died down.
Anyone would fall for those bambi eyes. Those eyes had the most captivating glow, Taehyung have ever witnessed...if those eyes could melt the brunette's cold heart. The boy can do this task with ease.
Jungkook tucked his lips tight, looking bemused. Should he take this offer...? If he let it go...will he see Taehyung ever?
"Will you give me some time to think" the boy requested, his soft gaze falling onto Taehyung's cold ones
Right then the brunette felt his heart skipping a beat. this was what Taehyung's been taking about, nobody could resist those pair doe-eyes.
"Don't keep me waiting though" Taehyung stated to which jungkook nodded in agreement.
By the time both of them finished, Taehyung offered to drop the ravenette off, but the boy politely declined. After waving the raventte off the young ceo went to see the owner of the restaurant aka his best friend.
"Who's that kid" Min yoongi asked. He was quite surprised to see his friend coming to his restaurant with a boy. Taehyung is the type of guy who refers dating as a waste of time.
"He's my secret weapon...my hope" The young ceo had a tenter smile on his face, thinking about the boy. Soon his eyes turned fierce as he continued "I'm planning to take jungkook as my date...for this family dinner we're having on chuseok"
"Tae, you do realise that your stepmom is homophobic. Don't you..?" Yoongi still remember how Yeri looked down on him, hurting with her harsh words when he used to visit Taehyung during highs good days.....all because he's homosexual.
"Namjoon is dating a guy....But I have no proof" even if he had proof, Namjoon could deny the facts....and turn the card around to portray Taehyung as the bad guy. It's either Namjoon coming out on his own or Taehyung locking him in a way he cannot escape.
"W-what.....?" Let's say yoongi was beyond shocked.
"If Namjoon thinks I'm dating jungkook, he might come out. Also imagine her face when I take jungkook with me"
"It will be like receiving a tight slap on her face"
"What will be like when she finds out about Namjoon" Taehyung said gravely with cold eyes. He wanted to witness the moment....what would she do, would she kick her own son out? Or show how much of an hypocrite she is?
"You evil little thing" yoongi chuckle.
"This is going to be so much fun"

Jungkook's mind was on the verge of explosion with all the intense thoughts— filling up to the brim.
Jimin had been encouraging him to consider the offer. The ravenette kinda expected something like this from jimin..... the boy loved adventures and according to jimin this was the perfect opportunity to spice up the ravenette's insipid life.
"There's nothing much to think" jimin spoke from across the room. "You do the boyfriend part and I do the spying part"
Finally after what left like eternity jungkook came up with a conclusion, maybe this isn't that bad....like what could go wrong....? Though he had only known Taehyung for a little while, he has a good gut feeling about the guy.
"You're right....I'm gonna do it"
