I walked in my brother's house Rushing as I put Jouri down and she ran to her toys.
"Why she home early." My brother asked indicating Na'jouri as he walking out the kitchen as he ate an apple.
"She beating on lil boys." I said and He started smiling hard.
"The fuck you smiling for?" I asked mugging the hell outta him.
"As my niece fucking should." He said walking up to her high fiving her.
"No boyfriend till you 50." He said acting like if he is her daddy and she smacked his hand.
"Ouww. Jouri why you-- boy leave my niece alone. She don't like you." Sakina cut him off by coming outta nowhere.
"Hi sissy." Sakina said coming to hug me.
"Hey." I said as I looked at Jouri beating up her uncle.
When I found out I was pregnant he wanted me to abort her. But Ian wanted to go thru all that pain so I kept my baby. And I'm glad I did and they didn't get mad with my decisions because they ain't wanted to be like our parents.
After all that they all been her parents when she came into world, and I'm happy cause at least she won't worry about who is her daddy.
"I was thinking about Jouri..." I said looking at her playing with Sakina now.
"Oh. What happened?" She asked drinking all her juice up.
"I was thinking on how grateful I am to have y'all... Y'all could have just kicked me out when I decided to Keep-"
"Unht UNH. That was them. I was excited to see my niece." She said looking at Jouri.
"Well. Y'all could have kicked me out. But y'all didn't."
"Y'all instead showed Na'Jouri a lot of love when she came out. I'm happy for that because I know that she won't worry about who is her daddy." I said.
"Her daddy Is--"
"Don't say his name." I said cutting her off.
"Right. Anyways are we going to the cookout?" She asked.
