nick isn't evil in this!!
———————————————————
There was no hiding the fact that Y/n hated Nick Goode. She always has. He was kind of Sunnyvale and she was just a lowlife. Total opposites.
He liked the girl, it was obvious. She just thought it was some lame gimmick to get her to do his homework. But not in this case. He liked her for who she was. Why? We'll never know.
They had gone to the same camp together: camp Nightwing. It was hell. Kids running everywhere; people fucking in the cabins; paint all over everything. Y/n hated it with all her heart, but her mom made her come, so she was left with no choice.
She sat in the cabin most of the time, reading. She didn't want to associate herself with whatever this camp was or had to offer. She just wanted to leave. Plus the fact that Nick was here made her want to stay in even more.
Knock knock
There was a loud knock from the outside of Y/n's cabin.
"What do you want, Ziggy? I'm trying to read-" she yelled, being cutoff quickly.
"No no no, it's not Ziggy," a male voice spoke, "it's Nick. Nick Goode."
Ugh she groaned.
"Why the fuck are you here?" She got up, opened the door and stood parallel to the boy.
"Well, I was hoping that maybe you would-"
"No." She closed the door harshly, and went back to reading on her bunk.
damn it, Nick the boy thought.
He grabbed the door handle and opened the cabin, having enough of Y/n ignoring him. He walked over to her bed, looking at her. The girls eyes didn't move up from the book, being annoyed as to why he was now in her cabin.
"Why do you hate me so much?" He asked, truthfully.
"Well, maybe because you only pretend to like me so I can do your work for you. Or maybe because you're popular and I'm not. Or maybe because I'm-" she started, being able to talk for hours about why she hated the guy.
"Stop. All of that is not true." He stated.
"Oh really? So your not popular? You're gonna tell me that you're not the guy everyone wants?" She mocks.
"That's not what I meant," Y/n rolls her eyes.
"I really do like you Y/l/n. You just always avoid me so I never get a chance to even talk to you. And no, I do not pretend to like you. I actually do my homework unlike some of the other assholes."
The girl laughs, actually believing him for once. She picked up her book and put the bookmark in it, setting it on the bedside table.
"No way! I love y/f/b!"
"Oh my lord, you read? I didn't know you could do that," she snorts.
The male lightly pushes her, the both of them laughing.
"Ow, that hurt! Watch it, Goode," she joked falling into his chest.
The two laughed even more, falling back onto the bed. They were almost out of breath, completely filled with laughter. They didn't even remember why they had started laughing, they just were.
As the laughing slowly stopped, the pair sat up, cheeks slightly red from being so close to the other. Nick reached over to the girls face, moving a piece of hair behind her ear. He slowly cupped her cheek in his hand. The sunset was going down, making the light shine onto Y/n's face ever so slightly.
"You look... beautiful," he admits.
"You're not too bad yourself," she laughs.
They begin to lean in, the world feeling like it was spinning. Y/n grabbed the back of Nick's head and pulled his lips onto hers, the weight of the world falling off both of their shoulders.
They let go, staring softly at one another.
"That was-" He starts.
"Yeah, it was." She stifled out.
Bam the door slammed open, revealing Ziggy, Shelia, and Will, all clapping.
"Finally! I didn't think the awkward sexual tension could wait any longer," Ziggy sighed.
