"OMG HE WENT THROUGH A TUNNEL," Audrey said as if a light bulb went of inside her head.
"What do you mean," Natalie and Aubrey said in sync. Natalie entered the room as he heard all the commotion in Audrey's room.
"The last thing reed texted me was, 'I'm going through a TUNNEL I'll see you when you find me love you Ocean eyes, I laugh edit of thinking it was a joke then the next day he was gone," Audrey said figuring out what she has to do. They all looked at each other and ran to the twins mums car.
Audrey in the passenger seat and AJ and rey in the back. They were going to the police station to find their dad, Natalie found him his office they shared a hug as they haven't talked to each other since the girls were 3 now their 13 so 10 years.
"Mark, they have a lead on reed Watson," she said with a slight hint of hope lingering in her voice.
"Where are they let me go talk to them,"Mark said earger find what or who took reed.
Everyone was rushing about still trying to find mark when him and natalie walked out of Mark's office.
"Drey, what do we know so far,"was the only words that came out of her fathers mouth.
"So on January 1st I was texting ree whilst he was walking home from a party we was just at I took the bus home but ree didn't have his bus pass so he had to walk home. We were messaging about how lucky he was to be with me and how one day he was going to marry me in front of the tunnel on Miramar road, where he asked me to be his girlfriend, and then he said he was walking through that tunnel and said he had to go and he'll seen me when I find him. I laughed it of i thought it was a joke ree always used to joke about that stuff then the next day January 1st he was missing,"Audrey said with sadness lingering in her words.
"Wait reeds house is through Miramar road," AJ announced hope and joy dancing in his voice. They all set off to Miramar tunnel to see if there was and trace of reed. Finally arriving the TUNNEL lights flashed barely being seen as it was still daylight. Walking down the tunnel rey found reeds dead nans locket lying on the floor clean yet the tunnel was dirty.
"I......I've found his nans locket," Aubrey shouted her panicked words echoed through the tunnel sending chills though everyone.
"Omg his nans locket open it, see if there is anything in it,"Mark said running over to see the piece of evidence lying on the floor.
"NO DONT TOUCH IT,"AJ bellowed scaring everyone making them stop dead in their tracks.
"Why," everyone said in unison confused by Antonio's decision to not touch the locket.
"Your contaminating potential evidence what if there is finger prints on the locket," Antonio's detective skills kicking in.
'Omg he's right," natalie's surprised tone vibrating though the whole tunnel.
"I have detective equipment in the boot of my car nat go get it," his frantic words instantly making his ex girlfriend get the stuff.
A few hours pass they have collected lots of information about reeds disappearance and they sent it of to a local detective unit so get checked for finger prints or DNA.
