Chapter 1

Tokyo, Japan 9:30 AM

Y/N POV:

I wake up in my bed as I slowly open my eyes letting them adjust to the bright light of the morning sun as I get up from bed I realize that Im late for work.
I forgot that I have to pass in my report today I swiftly run to my bathroom and took a shower after I finnish I go to get my work attire after that I go to the kitchen and cooked myself breakfast and ate it I look at my watch and it's 9:50 I only have 10 minutes before I get in trouble and it's a 20 minute walk I have to run quick.

(TIMESKIP)

I get to work just in time im out of breath but I still managed to get to my office.Then I realize I forgot my Report
I was panicking this report was the one thing that could save me from getting fired I was never really passionate about my work here I took culinary in college but failed to get a sustainable job so I had no choice but to work here. Suddenly my boss comes in.

Boss:Hey Y/N! I need that report from you now the bussiness meeting is about to start.

I'm sweating at this point I dont what to say

Y/N:U-uh...you see I kinda left it at home.

Was the only words i could say

Boss:Oh....well thats too bad I guess your fired then.HEY JESSICA COULD YOU GET A COFFEE FOR ME THANKS.

He shouted the last part to his secretary

Y/N:Sir I could just go back home and get it please dont fire me I need this job.

He turns back to me.

Boss:Yeah Yeah I know but even if you do that it still doesn't matter.Your not important to this company Y/N there are so many more people that I could hire that actually want this job but you.You just want the money you dont even like this job so whats the point the only reason I hired you was because I felt pity but now you have enough money saved up from your job here so you dont need it anyways you can finnally do what you want.Well now I need you to sign this.

He puts a pen and paper infront of me like he was prepared for this but I wasnt focused on that I focused on what he said "You can finnally do what you want." Hes right I have enough money to do what I want but what do I want I wanna go back to cooking but if I screw that up im gonna lose all my money maybe i'll just think about it later.

Boss:Hello earth to Y/N you there?

He says to me.

Y/N:Oh uh sorry about that I spaced out.

I get the pen and paper and sign it with my signature

Boss:Great now go pack your stuff and get outta here.see ya next time kiddo.

He says as he walks away.

Y/N:Yeah see ya next time.

Im happy that I can finnally do something else but I am gonna miss this place.

(TIMESKIP)

I exit the building with my stuff as I head back home I see three guys and a girl in a alleyway I go for closer look I hide behind the pillar and peak my head the girl was backing up into a corner she looked scared while the three guys approached her normally I would do nothing in this situation as the people around me would do something first but there is no one around so I dont know what to do should I leave this girl and not help her or go in and probably get hurt trying or maybe even die.I decide to leave but as soon as I try to leave I hear her scream.

Girl:HEEELLLPPP SOMEONE HEELLLPPP MEEE PLEA-

I still heard her voice but it was muffled I wanted to just run and not do anything but I just couldn't.I decide to help her I see a a big wooden plank on the ground I decided to use that I went and took a peak at the situation I see the one of them licking her neck I felt disgusted but theres no time for that now I go sneak up on one of them and hit him on the head with the wooden plank it broke and he was knocked out
the 2nd guy noticed and tried to hit me with a hammer but I ducked and hit him in the balls making him fall to the ground I went near him and punched him till he was knocked out. Then I remmeber their leader I turn around and he tackles me to the wall he punches me in stomach and then takes out a knife then stabbed me I felt the sharp pain of it slicing through my stomach I grunt in pain as I fell on my knees.
