Chapter 10 - Auditions

Yn's POV

"Okay, thanks for letting me know Luke."..."Yeah I'll be there."..."Stop worrying Luke it'll be fine."

I hung up.

"THIS IS A NIGHTMARE!"

"What is?"

"Kiernan quit so we have to hold auditions for a new Leigh and I am in charge of who gets the part. Hold up. What are you doing here?"

"Scarlett told me to go and sit down while she got Rose ready for our day out. Also it's nice to see you too, kid."

"I think she meant in the kitchen."

I snarled quietly at him. I hated Romain. He is Rose's father. He cheated on my mum and hurt her really bad when Rose was only 3. Ever since he pick up Rose every other weekend. Sometimes for the day sometimes for the weekend. This time was only for a day since I had plans with Rose tomorrow. For her birthday.

Authors note please don't hate on Romain coz of what I write. I don't know what actually happened it is all for the dramatic. I'm pretty sure Romain was really nice and he actually made Scarlett happy. He is French so he must have been nice.

He sat down next to me and I got up and left. Not bothering to make an excuse I went to find my mum and Rose.

"Mum why didn't you tell Romain to wait outside?"

"Because it's cold outside sweetheart. I know you don't like him..."

"That's an understatement."

Rose giggled and I ran up to her and started tickling her.

"Yn please you're going to wrinkle her outfit."

"It's Romain mum. Loosen up."

"YOU WERE TOLD TO WAIT IN THE KITCHEN!"

"A crap."

"Swear Jar, Binx." Said Rose.

Authors note Binx is Rose's nickname for you because your middle name is Jo and your surname is Johansson so that makes Jo Jo which is close to Ja Ja and in Star Wars you have Ja Ja Binx. I only know this coz Binx is my nickname given by a family member soooo yeah.

"But that's not even a swear word."

"Swear Jar yn come on."

I skulk to my room, grab a dollar out of my purse/wallet If you're American, walk down to the living room, sneak past an arguing Colin and Romain and put it in the jar.

Coughing to clear my throat, I stop the children from arguing.

"You two are supposed to be grown butt Men so stop arguing like a pair of 5 year old girls in a sand pit."

Mum and Rose laughed. I don't know if it was cause I said Butt instead of Ass or if it was because I insulted both Colin and Romain and 5 year old girls in a sand pit at the exact same time without so much as a flicker in the corner of my mouth. I didn't care which it was. I just told Rose to have a good day and told Romain to hurry up and leave so that Rose actually had a day to enjoy.

Authors note. 1. I am so sorry that there are so many of just me talking in this chapter.
2. This whole thing about Romain and yn may seem like real hate and that is because I am using my anger towards both my step father and my real father so it is real I guess. But I really hope you enjoyed this chapter and I will try to talk less in the next one.
