Naruto: The Legacy

Escape from Konoha

It was 7 PM, Naruto and Zabuza were currently in a cell in a Konoha jail, Waiting for a meeting with the Hokage, A meeting that was never to come Because naruto already knew how to escape. "Get up, We're leaving," Naruto said to Zabuza.

"How exactly do you plan to leave, While were stuck in a cell?" Zabuza asked. Naruto activated his mangekyo Sharingan. "Whats the Sharingan suppose to do?" Zabuza asked. "Amaterasu!" Naruto said.

Black flames came from the Sharingan and hit the door to the cell, destroying it instantly. Naruto and Zabuza ran out, "This place handles weapons poorly." Zabuza said as he grabbed his sword from the desk outside of the cell. The anbu were on break so there was no one to stop them.

Naruto and Zabuza stopped outside of the door that led to the outside of the jail, Naruto infused chakra into his foot and kicked it, causing the door to go flying.

People were all looking around at the building, wondering what had just happened, But they found nobody standing where the door was, Naruto and Zabuza had already disappeared in a blue flash at the Konoha gate. 

They both ran towards the gate, but unfortunately for the gate guards they were blocking it, and naruto, with his Sharingan, still activated, Looked at them directly in the eyes and put them under a sleep genjutsu, Knocking them both out. "Heh, This village's defense sucks," Zabuza said. "Your definitely right about that," Naruto responded. 

But unfortunately, naruto and Zabuza were only able to escape for a minute, Before being stopped by a white-haired man. "Mah mah, Trying to escape are you naruto?" The man said. "Get lost Kakashi, Or else," Naruto said. "Sorry but I can't exactly let you do that," Kakashi said. Naruto closed his eyes, Then opened them revealing the mangekyo Sharingan, Kakashi's eyes widened.

He had just stared directly into naruto's Sharingan and was now under a genjutsu of being burnt. All that Kakashi could do was scream. He was in too much pain to even be able to weave the handsign to release the genjutsu. Naruto did feel bad for this though, He still considered Kakashi as an older brother figure.

Now while Kakashi was knocked out from the genjutsu, Naruto and Zabuza had set off.

Hokages POV

1 Hour Timeskip

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN HE ESCAPED?!" Minato demanded. 30 Seconds prior to this an anbu had arrived and informed him of Naruto Uzumaki and Zabuza's momochis escape from Konoha. "Sir, That's not all, Your student Kakashi Hatake was injured severely when he tried to retrieve them. Minatos Eyes widened, He never expected naruto to ever hurt Kakashi severely. "What happened to him?!" Minato asked in a worried tone. "He was put under a genjutsu, He is currently awake and doing fine." The anbu said. Minato sighed, He was relieved that his student was ok and he relaxed a bit on his chair, But that was short-lived

"Where were they spotted heading?!" Minato asked after he jumped out of his chair after his mind went back to naruto's escape. "They were spotted heading towards to..., Uzushiogakure, Sir." The anbu said. Minatos eyes were fully wide now. The only thing he could think of then is why was he going there, or what is he going there for.

Narutos POV.

6 Hour timeskip

Naruto and Zabuza arrived at what looked like the entrance of a fallen village, It was eerie, Fully quiet, and seemed to have been abandoned for at least 50 years. Naruto decided to explore the village and figure out what happened here. He walked through the entrance and started searching the rubble. 

"What's the point of us being here?" Zabuza asked, But got no response. Naruto was too invested in finding out what happened here, He felt like this was the only place he belonged Like it had pulled him here. 

Naruto pulled out a piece of rubble with a symbol on it, The symbol he knew all too well. The Uzumaki clan symbol. Narutos eyes widened. This was the home to his clan, And it was destroyed. 'Of course it's destroyed, the only place I belonged.' 

Naruto continued to search through the rubble, hoping to find anything, answers to what had happened to his clan, And he had hope again when he pulled out a journal, That read on the front cover "Property of the Uzukage" 

'Uzukage?' Naruto thought. 'He must be the leader of this village.' Naruto thought. A seal appeared and unlocked the journal, Naruto thought it was just broken, But he was very very wrong, Uzumakis don't get seals wrong. He opened the journal and was shocked at what he found inside, It was a message to the descendant of the uzukage.

'Hello there, If you reading this you must be my descendant, I am the 1st Uzukage Ametase Uzumaki, And I am going to inform you of what happened and how to restart this clan.

In the Uzumaki vault under this building, There is over 20,000,000 Ryo in the vault, It is enough to build a nice village and restart our clan. To the descendant. You must restart this clan, Or it will completely fall, Please, You must save our clan.' It read. 

A tear dropped from naruto's eye. His entire clan was dead and it was up to him to revive the clan, And he would do it if it was the last thing it would do. He remembered the vault under the building and infused chakra into his hand, And slammed it into the ground, Blowing all the rubble away and even bits at Zabuza, 

Zabuza covered his face. "Watch where you hit kid!" Zabuza yelled in an annoyed tone. Though he was ignored by naruto again. Naruto got a good look at what was under the rubble when the dust cleared, a staircase that led to a door, Naruto started walking, Zabuza decided to follow him because he was also interested in whatever was so important to naruto.

Naruto kept walking until he got to a door, He then put his hand on the door and another seal appeared and unlocked, Naruto threw the door open because he was tired of waiting. And what was inside shocked him, When he looked around the room he saw, The uzukages fire blade, The blade that when infused with chakra would light on fire, And cut through any enemies killing them instantly. He picked it up and with a storage seal attached to his arm he sealed the sword away, He now possessed the world's strongest sword, But that wasn't going to be enough to revive his clan.

Naruto looked at one of the other things he saw in the room, A large stack of ryo, 20 Million to be exact. Zabuza's eyes popped out of his eyes, He had never imagined finding ryo here, Especially 20 million. "Kid were rich!" Zabuza said. "No. This is my clan's money and I plan to rebuild it using it." Naruto said. Zabuza just pouted.

Naruto walked over to the last thing in the vault, And he picked up a map that had many points on it, And the top of the map read "Uzumaki Survivors". Naruto now had everything that he needed, Money to restart his clan and a map of the survivors, This wasn't going to be an easy job. 

Naruto now had a new goal, The revival of the Uzumaki Clan.
