Damien had been driving for about 3 hours now. "Hey can we stop I needa get food." "Um sure what are u in the mood for, my treat". I tried to insist I payed he just ignored me and payed. We stop by a gas station, while he was getting gas he had me go into the store and get some snacks. I spent over 80$ on snacks. It really looked like I just went grocery shopping coming out of the gas station. After we left the gas station we stopped by McDonalds. We had been driving for 45 min when I notice a grey van following us. Then I realized they had been at the gas station,and been following us since. I told Damien "Can you drive" He seemed like he was asking if I could drive fast. "Of course I can" I could tell that i had that stupid grin my dad would always get when he got to drive.
Damien stopped at a red light, I got in the passenger seat and looked at the guys in the van. I decided to turn it into a race right then. (I recommend listening to Super Massive Black hole for this one)
The light turned green,I felt a rush off adrenlaline. I took off, the car went up 200 mile per hour so I got excited. I switched gears into reverse and turned the steering wheel; now I was in front of them blocking their every move. I drive onto a mountain with a lot of twist and turns. I hit one corner drifting, thank god my dad taught me to drift otherwise I'd be dead right now. The people behind me tried to hit the drift but they couldn't they fell off the mountain. I reversed off the mountain and got back into the passenger seat. Damien was surprised that I could drive like that. "Damien who where those people following us and why". "They are the rivals to my dad's Mafia". I knew it, It always felt like he was hiding something now I know what it was.
