Aaand I'm back with our regularly scheduled program of 'help me choose between these fic ideas'. Today we are looking to fics for Remus Lupin during the maureders era.
1: the first one is called 'Chocolate Frogs'. The oc is a Slytherin that none of the maurderers talk to because they think she's like the other one's. But one night, Remus Lupin finds her crying in an abandoned corridor while fulfilling his prefect duties. He offers her a chocolate frog to comfort her and just sits beside her for a while. After that they begin to slowly talk to each other more and more, moving up to good friends, and then in a relationship. (Bad description but you get he jist of it).
2: the second one is called Paper Planes. The oc is either a Hufflepuff or gryffindor (undecided) and she is deaf. Since she can't get people's attention by talking to them, she throws paper airplanes at people. She's Remus's potions partner, and he started learning sign language for her at the beginning of the year when he realized she was deaf. The oc starts to Remus because of that, because the only people who have ever taken the time to learn it for her is her family and her best friend.
I need help deciding! I think I'm leaning a little more towards the first one, but I really want y'alls opinion.
*BONUS* I'm also going to try an write a James Potter fic (no promises), and this is the plot for it.
It's called Heather, and it's based on the song. Heather has always had a crush on James, and she's always silently suffered while watching him completely pine after Lily, one of her best friends (who doesn't know about her crush). After being paired for a project (which class is undecided) and working after curfew in the library on it, he begins to like the girl as well.
