Jungkook reaches home and the first thing he noticed was Taehyung's angry and sad eyes. He knew that he fucked up badly.

"Why you ignored my calls?" Taehyung directly asked and it took a whole minute to Jungkook to answer Taehyung's question.

"I put my phone on silent mode so none can disturb me while I'm doing my project work." Jungkook lied and Taehyung just sighed tiredly and walked away. Jungkook felt bad after lying to Taehyung but he didn't want to hurt him too.

"I hope you're not lying." Taehyung said from a distance and Jungkook just quickly starred at Taehyung's side and nodded quickly.

Taehyung then walked towards his room and Jungkook too headed towards his room. Jungkook was studying when he heard the knock on his door. He stood up and opened the door only to see Taehyung with a tray of food in his hand.

"I don't know why you're behaving like this all of sudden but have dinner. It's already late so leave the dishes in sink behind ,.... I'll wash them later." Taehyung said and was going to walk away when Jungkook stopped him.

"..I'm sorry. I didn't meant to behave like this..it's .it's just these studies are pissing me off lately." Jungkook murmured and Taehyung then sighed while turning towards Jungkook.

"Kook..you need rest too. Stop overworking yourself. You're so much intelligent at your age and your 18th birthday is soon ..... so enjoy your life a little...." Taehyung said with a smile and ruffled Jungkook's hair.

"Where is dad?" Jungkook asked and Taehyung looked downstairs and then looked back at Jungkook.

"Sleeping." Taehyung said and Jungkook smirked and raised his eyebrow at Taehyung who chuckled at Jungkook's behaviour.

"Let's go." Taehyung said and grabbed Jungkook's hand who was excited to eat ice cream without telling Namgil. He wanted to eat Namg's part of ice cream too at which Taehyung totally and always supported him.

"Seriously,mom! Tell me one thing which you can't do! I mean how can you make such a delicious ice cream?" Jungkook exclaimed and moaned at the sweet taste of ice cream.

"You'll learn these things soon too." Taehyung said and waved his boxy smile towards Jungkook who felt himself getting lost in that smile.

"Mom.....why you always wear baggy clothes? Why don't you try some proper clothes? These clothes make you look like an old man." Jungkook said and Taehyung dramatically gasped.

"You brat! Calling your mom old? That's not what I expected from you. I'm disappointed, Kim Jungkook." Taehyung said in an authorising tone and which Jungkook burst out into laughter.

"I'm kidding.... You're the most beautiful person I've ever seen and believe me I'm not kidding." Jungkook said and Taehyung slightly blushed at the compliment.

"Ayy! Look at you mom!" Jungkook teased Taehyung but only gained a glare in return. Jungkook started laughing loudly at  Taehyung's actions.

"Shhhh.... Namgil will wake up and then will kill you for eating his ice cream." Taehyung said Jungkook stopped laughing and nodded at Taehyung. Taehyung too started eating in comfortable silence.

Meanwhile a sudden urge of seeing Taehyung while eating sweet ice cream rose up inside Jungkook. Jungkook glanced at Taehyung and saw how Taehyung stuffed ice cream inside his mouth and then licked his soft cherry lips.

"What are you looking at?" Taehyung asked breaking Jungkook out of his imagination bubble. Jungkook then shooked his head but continued to glance over Taehyung like a thief.

"Your graduation is near. Which course you're planning to take after your graduation?" Taehyung asked put down the spoon on the table after he was done with eating ice cream.

"I'm not sure. But I was thinking about buisness?" Jungkook said more like questioned and Taehyung hummed at Jungkook's words.

"What do you think,mom? Which major should I choose?" Jungkook asked and Taehyung nervously laughed at Jungkook. He was embarrassed to tell his son that he wasn't educated this highly.

"W-why not you take advice from your dad about this matter?" Taehyung said and Jungkook noticed Taehyung's nervousness. Jungkook just pouted and shooked his head like a stubborn kid.

"No. I'm afraid of dad." Jungkook mumbled while pouting like a kid.

"Why? He's such a sweet person." Taehyung said but Jungkook again shooked his head like a kid.

"He's strict." Jungkook said with a satisfying tone.

"We'll talk about this tomorrow,ok? It's late so you should go to bed." Taehyung said and stood up but Jungkook grabbed his hand and pouted at Taehyung.

"Mom.. please tell me." Jungkook whined and Taehyung sighed.

'He is your son, Taehyung. Why are you ashamed to tell him about your education level? Not like he's gonna judge you.' Taehyung thought.

"You see, Kookie.... I never got any chance to study in school s-so I'm not g-good in this stuff." Taehyung said and Jungkook's eyes widened. Jungkook didn't know that Taehyung never studied in school.

"How come?" Jungkook asked.

"It's not the right time to tell you but just know this. I'm going to sleep now. Good night." Taehyung said and kissed Jungkook's forehead before going to his room.

Taehyung didn't want Jungkook to know about his dark and pathetic past. He was embarrassed and ashamed by having such type of past.

"Mom looked sad.. something happened to him?" Jungkook asked to himself but then ignored it and went towards his own room.

"Ah! I've school tomorrow and it's already too much late." Jungkook mumbled as he glanced over the clock. Jungkook then laid down on his bed and suddenly Taehyung's smile flashed in front of his eyes jolting him up from bed.

"What the fuck!" Jungkook whisper shouted.
