Chapter 1: The deadly goddess

it was a normal day for the Deadly goddess also known as detective (Y/N) (L/N). It was the year 2022 and (Y/N) was 24 years old.

Her long (sorry if your hair is short) fluffy and silky (h/c) hair was put in a ponytail. the sun reflected off her (e/c) orbs. She was wearing a (f/c) trench coat and a pair of army boots. she had a tank top underneath her coat as it was 100 degrees here is California.

She was making her way to the station as her partner and best friend Yoongi min was waiting for her.

Yoongi was a foreigner from South Korea and moved to the states at age 17. He met you on your guy' first training for police work.

You both got along very well. He was sassy, bold, blunt, kind of lazy but a good detective and friend.

You were blunt, bold, cold and distant but are caring and kind to people you are close to such as Yoongi. You were both 19 when you guy' met now your both 24.

You noticed you got a message from the devil himself min Yoongi.

Yoongi: where are you?

Y/N: i thought your lazy ass would be sleeping. i am almost there

Yoongi: i WAS sleeping but chief woke me up because you weren't here yet

you finally made it to the station ready to kick Yoongi's ass for threating your Cheeto puffs. you burst through the door and looked around for the Korean. you finally spotted him leaning back in his chair sleeping.

you smirked at this and walked up to him. everybody backed away from you as they sensed you angry and evil Aura surrounding you

You are infront of Yoongi's sleeping and you grabbed the chair and lifted him up in the air and threw the chair with him on it.

he screamed and you laughed evilly. you knew that bitch would be fine. you didn't throw him THAT far

"Y/N!!" he yelled as he got up and chased you around the station. you were running away from him when suddenly you started to feel dizzy. you shook it off and kept running you behind you and noticed Yoongi also looked dizzy but you shrugged it off as Yoongi loves sleep and running isn't his Forte

you then felt a huge headache and your dizziness got worse. you collapsed then next thing you know you blacked out

you woke up and noticed you weren't at the station anymore. you were an a apartment, a old looking apartment it looked to be around the 1940's style.

you got up and looked around cautiously. where was Yoongi? Where were you? what had happened? then suddenly you noticed a note

you picked it up and read it

Dear Detective y/n l/n

you are no longer in your time. you are in 1947 in Hollywood, you are no longer in 2022 in san Diego.

i brought you and your partner here to help solve a murder, the murder of Marva acme. find the killer and then you can go home

You looked at the note coldly and scoffed.

'He needed us? how did he even get us here' You thought. you heard a crash and turned with your gun pointed at the stranger. it wasn't a stranger it was Yoongi

"don't point the gun at me when i am finally waking up' he said yawning. you sighed in relief that he was fine

"read this" you said handing the note to Yoongi who observed it. he nodded his head in understanding.

"Well then where do we start we can't exactly go to the police station and be like 'hello we are from the future and we're sent to help you' they won't believe us" Yoongi said tiredly. You shook your head

"We have proof, the letter and if we show our cellphones they will know since cellphones weren't around nor invented in 1947" you said and Yoongi nodded

"Well what are we waiting for let's head to the police station" Yoongi said grabbing his leather jacket as I grab my coat we head out the door to the police station.

(Time skip to police station )

We made it to the police station and as we entered everybody looked at us weirdly. It was most likely due to our attire it's more modern day than 1940s.

You walked up to the chiefs door and knocked. You and Yoongi heard a come in. You guys did such that and opened it. It revealed a man who was rather tall and with black hair. He looked to be around 50.

"Who are you?" He asked confused on who we were and why we were here.

"My name is detective y/n l/n and this is my partner detective yoongi min. We have something we need to discuss" you said and the chief looked surprised and spoke up

" my name is chief Perez. Please take a seat detectives" he said and you and Yoongi took a seat

"what is it that you two need?" he asked politely

"Ok chief Perez i know this is gonna sound crazy but your gonna have to listen to us" yoongi started making him confused on what he was talking about.

"we are not from this timeline, we are from the year 2022 and we got sent to another timeline and we cant go home until we solve the Marva acme case. We have proof" you stated

"Wow i can't believe this your from 2022?" he asked shocked while looking at Yoongi's iPhone 14. you nodded your head

"Yes sir we are. We are going to help you with the Marva Acme case" You said and nodded his head

"Thank you for your help, we are certainly going to need it" He said kindly to the two detectives. You and Yoongi nodded again at the kind chief.

"i actually have something for you guys to do." He said getting up and grabbing a file.

"Detective (l/n), you shall go to the ink and paint club. you seem to be a woman who wont get distracted easily and have tough skin" he said tossing the file to her

"Marva never missed Jesse Rabbit's performances. She was in love with him like every other woman out there. He is a womanizer and every woman falls for him and his charms" He said. you looked at the file noticing Marva had a ticket to the Ink and paint club for Jesse two nights ago. the file said she was killed last night

"you will go to Ink and paint club and Talk to jesse since you dont look like the type to fall for his charms" he said to you. Both you and Yoongi nodded

"detective Min. you shall stay here with me and look into R.K Maroon and talk with our other detective Eddie Valiant" Perez said to Yoongi.

"alright when's the next show" You asked and Perez smirked at the beautiful woman
