I woke up to a sapphire sky the moon hung just above the mountain ridge, small stars decorated the sky, then, footsteps. I sit up noticing a dark outline walking up the hill.
"Who are you?" I stuttered
a man came into sight, his dark hair messily attractive, tall with a frame of muscle. as he walked the calm peaceful atmosphere shattered. a cold arua filling up the space, he stops some steps away from me.
" What are you doing up here." He states more than asks coldly.
" Im not sure.. I kinda just woke up here." I mumbled out confused of the situation myself.
1 hour earlier:
" I CANT BELIVE YOU!" I screamed at him.
My boyfriend laying in bed with another girl continued to get out of the bed. stalking over to me.
" You were boring, I found better than you, she's not clingy and annoying, she lets me do stuff and actually talks." he roars stalking even closer poking a finger at my chest.
All my anger turned to shock, "w-what?"
" At this point you should just take a swan dive off the building and hope your better in the next life."
with that he slaps me hard across the face and tells me to leave, the girl giggling in the bed. tears cloud my vision but I don't let them fall. I must be strong. my thoughts got the better one me on my way home, the dark voice in the back of my head telling me that he was right, I was good for nothing.. nothing... that word kept repeating over and over in my head. I found myself and top roof of the apartment complex. a 10 story high building filled with crappy people and crappy rooms.
" he's right.. haha" I sigh laughing at myself for thinking I was enough for once.
looking out across the city line... the sunset looked nice from here.. at least the last one I saw was pretty. I step off the edge, my body in a free fall, then suddenly a bright flash of light.
Present time:
oh so that's how I got here, I thought to myself. The man was still pestering me.
"Hellooo!" he got up in my face, "Are you listening to me?"
" Oh sorry." I smirked, " I don't speak annoying"
He stepped back, his face filled with shock, But his eyes had curiosity in them, but just as soon as it lived it died, cold pools replacing it.
" Listen here brat." he spat out , " I don't have time to deal with you so get going."
I cross my arms over my chest and state flatly, " I have no idea where I am where am I supposed to go then mister..."
"Issac, Issac is my name." he huffs out, " Theres a village about two miles north of here go there somone will help you."
" what way is north?" I sense a angry glare following me as I turn in a circle looking for north. when I complete the circle I'm faced with the end of a gun.
"Get out or ill blow your pretty head off."
" Aww you think I'm cute." my damn tongue slips again.
