**18 years ago* Portland, Oregon; Parker family mansion**
It was May 9th, and Joelle Parker was babysitting her younger siblings. But unlike any other day, she was also babysitting a four years old girl, named Kayleen. She always hated her name; It was unusual and ugly, and perhaps it was the reason why she didn't had a lot of friends in school. But honestly, she didn't gave a fuck what others think about her. Of course, she felt lonely sometimes, but she was only four, and what a child could do? she had Liv, Luke and their oldest brother Malachai.
She wasn't like most of the girls her age. She was different; A witch, and a very powerful one as well.

Joelle had a twin brother, named Malachai, and they were a part of Gemini coven.
Gemini coven had a special tradition; when the oldest twins turn 22, they have to merge with each other. One of them wins, and become the leader of Gemini coven, the weaker one...dies. Joelle and Malcahai just turned 22, and Malachai wanted to merge with Joelle, because he knew he can win and became the leader of Gemini coven. But this night, his father told him that he can't merge with Joelle, because he wasn't good enugh to be the leader of Gemini coven. He didn't want Malachai as the leader of his coven. He belived Malachai was an abomination, a mistake, or a black sheep in his family.
Because he was born different. He hasn't had his own powers, he could only steal them from someone, or something else.
And the way his father threaded him for the past years, wasn't his favorite. he finally pissed Malachai off to the esge, and he wanted revenge.
So he started to think about the plan, how to kill his siblings and merge with Joelle.
He grabbed a cold hunting knife.
he had a plan.
He just stood there for minutes, thinking.
but Kayleen came in his room, with Oliva right behind her. They were interrupting him , and he didn't liked that at all.
He never wanted anyone in his room. This was his place, and just a thought of someone else standing in his place annoyed him. Through the years, he started to isolating himself from the world, he became more and more angry, sociopathic and mad. But...he kinda liked this little girl, although she was only four. She was his friend, actually she was his only friend. His schoolmates didn't liked him, perhaps because he was acting like a dickhead around them
But then again, this girl, Kay, like he loved to call her...she knew how to listen.
And most of all, she was his friend. A little weird, but it was real.
"I'm going to marry you, Kai."
She said using his favorite nickname. She had a litlle crush on him, that was also a reason, why she loved to spend time with him.
"Hei Kay." He smiled and gave her a high five. They had similar names, and they loved it. Actually, that was the only thing they loved about their names.
"Why don't you have your own magic?"
She asked, looking at him, with her big brown eyes. It was like she could feel what happened earlier this day.
"I have my own-...i mean..."
Kai didn't know what to say, because he was ashamed of the fact, that everyone had a better life than him.
"I can teach you a locator spell if you want."
He whispered to her, a little bit angry.
"No, you don't have your own magic. And that's not fair! ...But you can steal it from someone else!? I think that's cool, so don't be sad. Just steal magic from others if that makes you happy. Uh, you can have some of mine too. But how do you do it? You grab someone's hand and just... Steal it? Like this?"
She said, mocking him. She grabbed Olivia's arm, and laughed.
And then, something unexpected happened.
Olivia started crying, while her magic was slowly leaving her powerless body.
