You sat on a beige leather couch, the room was covered in shades of beige, a warm glow in the room. You were surrounded by beige and pink blankets and pillows, holding a beige telephone, playing with the cord. You were talking with someone on the phone, you then got up, asking the person multiple questions, you felt resentment. You walked around the room, playing with the cord and still calmy asking questions, you were fed up and didn't want anything to do with them. You leant on the armrest of the couch, getting up you got annoyed, 'you clearly weren't aware that you made me miserable'. Droplets of water fell on the small coffee table, you kept talking, unaware of the large pools of water coming from the door. Suddenly the warm lights started flickering you looked around as you kept talking, you looked around in confusion, and then put the phone down and walked towards the door.
You paused and opened the door, a great rush of water nearly swept you off your feet, you held onto the door frame as more and more water gushed into the room. The lamp fell over and soon enough started floating as the water instantly filled to the brim. You floated in the water, holding your breath you grabbed onto the door frame to push yourself up to air, kicking your way up. You emerged out of the water gasping for air and swam towards the roof- where it hadn't flooded. You climbed onto the roof stumbling around and shouting at that one person you hated more than the world, you danced around on the roof, the rain pouring onto you, drenching you even more. You spun around, throwing your arms up, singing your heart out and screaming until you went hoarse: "JUST FUCKING LEAVE ME ALONE" You screamed again until you fell into the flooded water, floating on the surface, smiling and whole you sunk into the water, the rain disturbing the moving water even more. "When I'm Away From You, I'm Happier Than Ever"
