Okay today is a big day,
Something just popped in my head, I know it's sooo crazy but, I want to be a mother. You may think I'm young and that I may not be capable of it, but honestly I know that I am.
Yeah I know, I told you it was crazy.
Okay well it was when I turned 19 when it occurred to me. I'm currently 18 almost 20 and I feel ready for it...

So today I decided to go find a perfect daughter for myself at the local adoption center. I haven't told my parents about it yet but I'm so excited and I hope they are too.
I drive my car and park at an adoption center that was 15 minutes away. I hope my parents understand. I walk in, and right before I open the door I take a big breath. I sigh. On second thought, I think about if I am ready or not. Am I ready? I ask myself. Then I think, OF COURSE I AM! Why am I here if I wasn't so sure. I pulled the door open and saw a pretty woman sitting behind the counter.
"Hi," she began. "My name is Amanda, what are you here for?" she said.
Probably because I was so young she probably didn't expect I was here to adopt...
"I'm here to adopt." I said.

Her jaw dropped a little. She looked surprised. But she closed her mouth and went back to professional mode.
"Oh... Okay. Well come right this way."
I followed her and she grabbed a piece of paper and handed it to me along with a pen. Fill out your information please and which sex of child you prefer.
"Thanks!" I replied.
I finished filling out the info and handed the paper back to her. She took a look at it, and began to say,
"Okay, hi Bethany! Well it looks like you want a girl right?"
"That's right!!" I said grinning.
"Okay well what age baby, toddler, kid or teen?" She asked.
"Well can you let me see some kids and teens? Starting with a baby would be hard for me." I said.
"Sure! Follow me."
