The child slowly opens their crimson red and slit pupils' eyes. They groan softly as they move their (h/c) hair off their faces as they slowly sit up. And then they see three little girls in front of them as they squeal in surprise.
" ah, you're finally awake! "
The three of them said at the same time. (Y/n) just look at them in confusion while they tilted their head at the three girls.
" oh! And by the way, you're in the butterfly estate! I'm Sumi! "
" I'm Kiyo! "
" and I'm Naho! "
The trio introduced themselves. And (Y/n) nods slowly.
" I'm... (Y-Y/n) (L/n)...."
The child on the bed replies with a soft voice. As the trio smiles softly at them and then one of them hands a bento with delicious foods to (Y/n). The child looks at it in surprise then the triplets.
" This is for you! (Y/n)-San. "
The one with a blue ribbon said. (Y/n) nods slowly as they begin to dig into the food. It's delicious. Soon they finish it in a moment.
" thank you for the food... "
(Y/n) says while placing the empty bento on the desk beside the bed they're laying on. Soon Shinobu came to see (Y/n). A sign of relief was shown on her face when she sees that they're fine.
And then she turns her head at the trio.
" Thank you so much for taking care of them, Similar, Kiyo, and Naho. I'll take care of them by myself for a while before Kanao was back, you guys can do the other work. "

he said. The trio nodded while replied with a "Yes! " and then they all left (Y/n) with Shinobu.
" So... Are you feeling okay now, (N/n)?"
She asked. The child nods slowly.
" Well, you need to stay in this place for a while, (Y/n). And I'm gonna be a little busy. But of course, Aoi and Kanao soon will be here to stay with you, okay? "
She said. The kid nods again, while their crimson eyes sparkle in curiosity about the people named Aoi and Kanao that Shinobu was talking about.
And then Shinobu stands up.
" I need to go for a while, you can make yourself comfortable here. "
She said. Before she lefts the room too. (Y/n) stays in the bed quietly for a while, and then they immediately jump off the bed. But they also didn't forget to fold the blanket.

Smiling at (Y/n) while there's a coin in her hand. The child immediately hides in the screen door of the estate inside. But with their crimson eyes peeked at the girl. The girl then takes a step closer to (Y/n). Then crouched down.
" Are you (Y/n) (L/n) "
She said with a patient tone. The child perked up. She knows their name.
They hesitated for a while, but still nods at the girl as a reply. And then the girl smiles.
" I'm Kanao, Kanao Tsuyuri. "
The girl responded. The child's eyes lightened up when they heard the girl's name. Curiosity filled their mind and then they begin to approach the girl.
And they stopped, standing in front of the girl. Lifting their head at her while their big crimson eyes stare at her. And then the child notices the coin in Kanao's hand.
" what's that for? "
The child asked while pointing at the coin with their index finger.
" well, it's something that helps me to deciding some choices. "
The girl explained. While (Y/n) nods, it was like they're very interested. And then the girl flipped the coin as it flies into the air.
And then it landed on the back of Kanao's hand and her other hand covered the coin. While the child watching was surprised. And then Kanao removes her hand. It shows the coin on the back of her hand. And then Kanao held (Y/n)'s hand.
" Let's get back inside to the Estate, (Y/n). "
She said. The child says nothing just nods. And then they both went back inside the estate together.
