Happier than ever //a patton x Remus story

Patton smiled at Remus holding his hand out, "We are having a date tonight ok?  It's not gonna be anything big just as friend helping his friend feel better!" Remus got confused when Patton said 'date'.  Patton smiled at the boy before he left the room with him to set everything up. "Stay inside the house ok? Meet me outside tonight." Remus nods then goes to the bathroom and locks the door grabbing a razor to shave his mustache, "I need a new look." He soon left the bathroom and he looked at everyone before he saw Logan and he just walked back into his room. "Maybe I'm not ready to leave my room." He hugged his knees trying not to cry again. Patton had finished the set up and came inside to see Remus for a bit before he had to get ready for the date just to see he wasn't in the living room anymore, causing him to see Logan and he ran to Remus room. "Hey I'm so sorry you saw him. Did he say something to you?" Remus flinched and looked at him, "No but the look on his face.. He looked happy.. It hurt to be in there with him so I panicked." Patton sighs and looked at Remus. "Well everything is set up. It will be just us tonight ok? I promise you won't have to see him. And I know soon you'll get over him." Remus nods slowly before hugging the boy with glasses, "Thank you Patton..." He smiled at Remus and nods. "Your welcome. Oh we have an hour I have to go get ready." He got up to go to his room to get dressed in a blue cloudy dress with a white cardigan. In about an hour at like 7PM Patton knocked on the door. Remus got up to open it growing a light shade of red, Patton held his hand out to lead Remus outside. Remus took his hand walking outside with him. It was beautifully lit by fairy lights seeing a small table with chairs and a blanket in the grass, Patton pull the chair out for Remus to sit at which he did. Patton sat across from him with dinner at the table. "This is beautiful Patton you really went all out?." "Well yea you were upset and I thought it would be sweet."  They both ate their food before they went over to that blanket and they sat there soon a movie was shown on a fabric sheet. Patton had chose the notebook and he looked at Remus with a smile.  Remus looked at him back and he felt himself get closer to Patton seeing Patton get closer to him.
