He was where he never expected to be. A place where he never lived in, This was actually unpredicted to him, that how a typical instrument can change his entire world within a blink!
It was a dreadful 'GRAMOPHONE'
This is a narrative of 15 years old...
Joy again felt the same strange tune of an instrument and again he was unable to recognise the instrument. . . . . As expected, he was in another location and it was none other then his own house! HIS WORLD! HIS OWN WORLD from where he belongs! Yes, he was back, finally...finally he was BACK TO THE ACTUAL WORLD after so many struggles and pain. Ups and downs. Joy was there where he wanted to be!
But it was still unknown to him that he was actually back to his place, as he was in a deep sleep.
Then, a voice wake him up, And it was Lili (his mom)
Lili : Jo! School time dear, get up or else you'll be late.
Joy streched his arms and got up from his bed.
"Good morning!" Lili wished and Joy greeted her back with a big smile on his face.
He did his daily routine and now Joy and his parents all three were having their morning brakfast.

It went pleasant and calm. Everything was going fine. Joy hugged his parents and went to school.
Time skip
[Now, you guys might be thinking why Joy did not reacted, when he know he was back where he wanted to be!? Well, he don't know HE REALLY DONT KNOW. You can say he forgot every single incident happened with him when he was in an unexpected world. Well ... May be because it was a dream, it was just a story or an imagination of that book which he was reading to feel sleepy the very first night? Anyways, the fact was, according to him nothing ever happened.]
DAYS PASSED ~
Inschool
The bell rings, Every student felt instantly energetic as the school gets over. They all rushed out of their classes and Joy did the same.
While Joy was walking though the streets, he crossed a road as he was looking for a bus and went to a bus stop. He was sitting on a banch and waiting for the bus then suddenly he saw an old lady crossing a road and at the same time the bus was coming towards her at a very high speed. He instantly got up from his place and ran towards the old woman at his best speed to protect her from hitting and to prevent an accident. He jumped and pushed the old lady to the opposite side of the vehicle and saved her but he himself got hitted by the bus and was bleeding very badly.

The crowd gathered and one called the ambulance. They arrived soon and took him to the hospital. His parents were worried about Joy as he was late. Soon they get informed to be their in the hospital as Joy was badly injured. Dr. William, who was curing Joy, told Lili and James about his condition, which made them almost dead. Lili was crying in tears, even James and was praying for their only child to God.

After doing the operation for almost 5 hours.
Dr. William came out of the operation theatre and went near his parents with a hopeless face. His parents took his hands and asked what happened? Is he okay? He is fine, he is alright, yes?? Say something please. Say he is fine. Said James in an uncontrolled way.
Please be calm, control yourself. Said the Doctor. What happened? Is he not okay? Said Lili with full of tear in her eyes.
Doctor replied, he is in COMA.
Lili felt unconscious and fainted. James took her and tried to comfort her but nothing worked. James talked to Dr. William and asked when he'll recover? Well .... No one know, the only thing we can do is pray. Dr. answered. James hopelessly nodded. And both went inside the room to see Joy. They hold his hands tight and talked to him, they didn't cared if he was really listening to them because he know he was listening to them by heart.

Few days later~
Joy was now at his home but was in the same state and Lili was taking full care of him just like a mother do. Their world turned around after this accident happened and their only child was lying on a bed. It was the worst time of their entire life, and the time they were facing was incurable but which can only be cured when Joy will be in his actual state. But this was unpredictable for everyone even to the doctors.
They did not even knew the exact cause of the accident. In fact, no one knows except for Joy and the old lady for whom Joy did so.
1 MONTH LATER ~
Joy was still unconscious. But his parents had hope in themselves and they never give up on him.
