As Zenix was leaving to start his shift after discussing who might have killed our lord.
I was about to leave someone stopped me. It was a girl she had long dark hair beautiful sun kissed skin amber eyes that -

She was waiting patiently looking at me.
Then she walked up to me and asked
"Hi my name is...." she hesitated a bit but eventually said it.
"My name is aphmau and I was wondering if I could stay here.. I don't have anywhere to go.." the girl name Aphmoo? Aphamau? Aph-mau I think that's how to pronounce .
"I don't want to sleep in the forest at night"
"Oh uh.. we'll there isn't empty homes" I could see the sadness in her eyes it made my heart squeeze.
"Please I don't have anywhere else to go" I said with pleading eyes.
I finnaly agreed and I told her that she could stay with our librarian named emma (Autho~Chan knows that's not Emma~Sana'a name but gonna use it for short).
She smiled the brightest smile and hugged me I felt butterflies in my stomach when she did that.
"Oh thank you so much it's been forever since I could find a home!" She said as she pulled away from the hug.
I pointed the way to where Emmalyn house was because I was late for my guard shift.
As I watched her leave.
