"5 days until we die."

I walked through the secret underground tunnel, my hand firmly holding Junichi's. I watched his curious eyes flicking from the front, to the side, up, down, forward again, then at me, and repeat.

"Hikari?"

"Yeah?"

"There's a door."

I followed his gaze. He was right. There was a door with some strange symbol on it.

"What is that?" I stare at the door.

"I don't know. Should we check it out, or should we get Aiko and Kiya first?"

I continued staring at the door. Something was telling me that if we pass up the opportunity to go through the door now, we'd never do so.

"Let's go check it out."

Junichi watched me for a moment, then nodded, a gentle smile on his lips. "Yeah."

We walked over to the door. I stretched out my hand and grabbed the doorknob. Just before opening the door, I was hit by a sudden wave of dread.

What'll be behind this door? What's going to happen? What if it's something bad? What if-

"What's wrong?"

I flinched and turned back. Junichi looked worried for me, in a way that made my heart pang with guilt for making him feel such worry.

"It's nothing." I smiled at him. "I'm alright. We're fine."

He examined my face for some seconds before smiling back, looking relieved. "Okay."

I turned back to the door and opened it without another thought.

Computers. Computers lined against the wall, all with a symbol on it that looked identical to the one on the door.

I heard Junichi walk up next to me, breathing out a word. "What?"

I attempted to speak, but nothing came out, so I slowly shook my head instead.

Junichi walked over to a desk on the right side of the room and picked up a camera that was sitting there. I walked over, inspecting it from what I could see.

"Does it look like it works?"

Junichi nodded after slight hesitation. "Yeah. Yeah it... it seems like it works, but..."

"...but?"

"In the camera roll there's... there's photos of us. All four of us. And of Miko."
