DINNER TALK

NOBODY'S POV
All of them were enjoying the meal that have been served on the table. They were eating in silence, too awkward to open up a conversation at the moment.

After a few minutes later, Emily decided to clear her throat, getting everyone's attention. She then looked over at her little sister's gaze.

Emily: so Elly, do you mind explaining what happened at the living room today?

Elly: oh, yeah. You're right. Okay.... The two of them are my friends, just happened that they stayed here and helping me out in the house.

Emily: okay. But, how long have you met them in person, Elly?

Elly: lemme think for a second, I think...... I think almost nine months, if not mistaken.

Emily: wow, that sure is a long time you met them.

Elly: yeah, and I think around this table.... There's two people that might recognize one of my friends.

A FEW MINUTES LATER

After finding out who is is, Cj and Jas were surprised by it. Apparently, it was Sonny's old pal, Ian. It's been a while since the duo talk with him through the app on their phones.

The others just nodded while eating the meal on their plates. Except for Emily and Elly. The girls seems to whispering each other while giggling on something.

When Jesse asked them what was happening, he only getting shushed from Elly, making himself pouting. Then, they continue to dig in on their foods gracefully.

EMILY'S POV
All of us have already finished our dinner, so it's time for work. Elly insists helping me with washing the dishes and clean up the table while I prepared some rooms for our guests tonight.

I told the others to wait in the living room to rest for a bit, after went through a little adventure on the woods earlier.

I went upstairs to pick up some clean towels from the storage closet and placed it on the guests room. While doing so, I suddenly felt a presence behind me.

I looked from my shoulder and it was just Mr. Grapnix. I wonder why he came here. I started to ask a question to him and he explained that he needs to use the bathroom.

He did ask Elly about the bathroom but he forgot where it was. I can only chuckled and pointed my finger to the left, where the bathroom was located.

He then thank me and excuse himself to the bathroom. Then, I continue my work with the towels.

After a while, he came out from the bathroom. He look towards my direction and decided to help me out. But before I can reject his offer, he already took some towels on his arms and following me to the guests room.

Such a gentleman, I thought. I giggle a bit before he noticed me smiling.

MEANWHILE

ELLY'S POV
I was busy washing the plates when someone tapped on my shoulder lightly. I look around and saw Morgan, who having a shy smile across his face.

I titled my head in confusion, and decided to ask him if he needs something. He answered that he wanted to help me finishing up the chores.

I put my usual smile and politely denied his help. I tried to tell him it's okay but he kept insisting lending a hand. Finally, I give up on him.

He then immediately rushing towards the table, wiping out the food stains with using a kitchen towel near the chairs.

I chuckled softly at his behavior before focusing on my chores with him.

30 MINUTES LATER

NOBODY'S POV
All of the chores is complete and it's time for sleep for them. But don't worry guys, the team have their own room but shared a queen size bed.

The others didn't noticed or realized that this was been planned by the girls from earlier. Poor boys, looks like they girls wanna make some couples secretly.

Which kindly work out perfectly fine. The guys didn't mind sharing a single bed for two persons only on the queen size bed.

All of them took a quick shower for tonight and and changed into their comfy pajamas after a bit. They also brush their teeth before going to bed.

After being settled, they wish them goodnight and the lights finally turned off. Only a gentle breeze from outside can be heard on the peaceful night.

What a day.

Another chapter is out! I'm so sorry for not updating this for a while. I have spent my time figuring this out and this is what I got.
