It was a normal day in the Midoriya household at the time Inko Midoriya was pregnant, 9 months already, when sudenly her water broke "HISASHI" she screamed. He came running towards Inko, he didn't even question her, instead, he caried the pregnant woman to the car and went to the hospital.
POV#2: Hisashi
As soon as my wife an I arived at the hospital the attendent picked up the interphone and called a doctor. When he arived he took my wife to the suregy room, then I waited.

The light that indicated that a suregy was in progress sudenly turned off and I sprung up waiting for the doctor to exit the room. He got out of the suregy room "You may enter sir. But before you do I have to apologise..." said the doctor. What happened to Inko and our baby/babies, I thought. "F-For what Dr. ?" I said exasperated. "I'm sorry for your loss, your wife did not survive the birth but wished that you took good care of your children." the doctor finaly anouced.
"Oh..." was my inteligent answer... wait he said children? I finaly realised, "You said children?" I voiced my thoughts. "Yes, Your wife gave birth to twins," he said interupting before breaking up the surprising news " a girl and a boy..." he trailed of "idetical I must say.". To say I was shocked by these news is underestmating...

"mmmn" I try to hold my scream in order to no wake up my big brother. "huh?" father's eyes widden " Yuki..." he trailed of concerned by the sight of my bleading ears, small tooth poking out of my mouth, my legs that were boar like, feet that were a mix of a boar's and a human's and something poking my diaper. "Oh seams like your quirk started to mutate your body... A ... pig quirk? No more like a boar..." father stated, eyes full of curiosity. when father came to his senses again, hed grabbed some flufy ear protectors and the medkit.
