Manik's deal

                                   When Manik and Ragini returned to Mumbai after enjoying a fabulous weekend together. They went to the office first as they have a lot of work to do. As they entered the office the receptionist wished them and they wished her back. Manik and Ragini went to his cabin to start their work .  As Manik was making a presentation  Ragini asked him if he would have coffee he said yes so she went to the cafeteria to bring coffee for both of them. Aryan one of the employees of the company, started flirting with Ragini and Manik saw that on the Cctv camera.  He was boiling in anger . He asked his manager  who is handling the accounts ? The manager told him Aryan is seeing accounts as of now.Manik asked him to give him the previous months reports and this months reports. Manager gave Manik the reports. Just then Ragini came in with the coffee. He asked what took her so long she told him that some douchebag was flirting with her. He was happy that she told him the truth. Then he asked her to check the reports of both the months and tell him she nodded her head and said ok. Ragini was checking the reports. She was shocked to see that there were many transactions made to an account which they don't have any dealing with, in fact the person whose account it is was Aryan . She then called the Bank Manager where Aryan had a bank account and threatened him by giving Manik Malhotra's name and asking for Aryan's account transactions.   She got all the information she needed from the manager . She was shocked that Aryan was cheating on Manik. She gave all the reports and all the details she had found out to Manik. Manik was furious that his employee was cheating him. He told Ragini to call the manager and tell him Manik wants him in 5 minutes in his cabin. The Manager knocked on the cabin door. Manik gave him permission to come in and asked him if he even checked the reports once before giving it to him. Manager said Sir I did not get  time to even check as I had other matters to sort out . Manik asked what matters then he told Manik that  from the last three  week all the deals  Harshad was getting as he got to know our bidding amounts I don't know how because of that the board members and the investors were backing out. Manik understood how everything was happening . He suddenly smiled and said after half an hour, send Aryan to his cabin. And Manik told the Manager everything Aryab did . And told him not to tell Aryan anything. After the Manager went . Ragini asked Manik about Harshad; she then told him to speak to Harshad and Make him a sleeping partner of this company. Manik was shocked he was going to shout but she put her finger on his lips and said listen to me first.He nodded his head. Manik sometimes we need to make many deals without consent. Make friendship with Harshad and tell him that you never ever wanted him to be your enemy. Tell him you want to join hands with his company . 

So Manik took Ragini's advice and phoned Harshad's office and asked whether he can speak with Harshad it is important as he has a deal for Harshad. So the Resptionest said just a moment sir please be on the line. And she dialed Harshads cabin phone. Harshad answered the Resptionest told Harshad that Mr Manik Malhotra has some deal for him and is on the line waiting to speak to him. Harshad was suprised and shocked by the news. So he told her to connect the phone. The Resptionest then spoke and said Mr Malhotra just a moment I will transfer the phone to sirs cabin. Then she Transfered the call to harshad.

Manik:- Hi Harshad are you free to talk

Harshad :- was impressed by his words , so he said wow I am lucky to receive a call from Mr Manik Malhotra with sarcasm.

Manik:- Harshad can we leave the past and let bygones be bygones.

Harshad:- So Mr Malhotra wants to leave the past hah , Is this any plan o something that is just to waste my time.

Manik:- no I just have a deal for you and I want my buddy back. 

Harshad:- Manik please stop giving shocks today.

Manik:- no buddy nothing like that what ever I am telling you is 100 percent truth.

Harshad:- ok then please tell me about the deal and don't waste my time.

Manik:- then told him to buy 49 percent shares in his company and to collaborate both the companies. If you don't get any profit in thease deal then you can cancell the collabration anytime . As in partership it will be 50 /50 amount what we receive from all the project from both the companies. And if we fail to achieve any profits then the collaberation will fall out and  my company will have to give you either the remaining shares of the company or 25 crores in return.

Harshad:- Manik can we mak it 50 crores instead of 25 as 25 seems very less .

Authors Pov

 This jerkshad is so greedy only sees money can't be happy with the collaberation with such a big company , if Manik's company was not going in a loss he would never have collaerated with harshad . Sorry if there is any harshads fan her.

Author's POv Ends

Manik:- Harshad yar thats not possible as you know if I give 50 Crores than what will I have for rebuild my company . I can give you upto 30 crores  if you want.

Harshad:- okay 30 crores is fine. So make the contract papers and sent it to me or if we can meet it will be more prefered for me.

Manik:- so can we meet on friday with contract papers and sign the deal.

Harshad :- can you be on the line for 5mins I just ask my P.A whether I am free on friday.

Manik :- sure.

Harshad :- then he phoned his P.A and told him to bring the schedule diary now.

P.A:- Sir may I come in .

Harshad:- yes come in , then he asked whether he has any meetings on friday.

P.A:- no sir you don't have any meetings on friday but in friday night 9 pm you have a flight to london.

Harshad:- ok thanks for reminding me and just one moment be here.

Harshad:- hello Manik are you  there.

Manik:- yes I'm here

Harshad :- I'M  ok with friday can we meet for lunch.

Manik:- yes we can meet for lunch and sign the deal.

Harshad:- fine then we will meet on fryday and buddy lets show the world that we are back together as friends as partnership with ours companies.

Manik:- yes why not ok I will call you later as I have to make the papers and we meet on fryday bye for now buddy.

Harshad:- bye 

Manik was happy with this deal , he phoned Ragini to come to his cabin.

Then he told her about the deal put his pink lips on her plump lips and kissed her lips she was not reponding so he pinched her waste and she also responded and was kissing him with equal force. Then it felt till infinite then manik left her lips as she was out of breath . Then he hugged her and rubbed her back to calm her down.

Then he told her that he has planed  a surprise for her today. And told her to go home and get ready for todays suprise.
