my Little Bird (Hawks x reader)

Y/N is a member of LOV and Hawks is undercover as a Pro Hero to get info for them. Y/N still doesn't fully trust Hawks yet.

Y/N's POV

I groggily opened my eyes, woken by a sudden warmth around my sides and back. My half-asleep brain snuggled backwards into the warmth and my arms brushed against a bed of fluffy feathers. As soon as my mind processed the situation I attempted to scramble out of my bed but a pair of muscular arms wrapped around my waist and pulled me back in between the wall of feathers. I attempted to remove myself from his grip but to no avail.

I eventually excepted my fate and snuggled back into the warm feathers.

Time skip to next morning

Hawks POV

I woke up with Y/N still snuggled into my wings. With a small smirk plastered on my face, I quickly removed my wings and her blanket from her. She quickly sat up then turned towards me and gave me the cutest death glare ever.

Y/N's POV

I was woken up by all of my warmth being stripped from me. I quickly sat up and turned around to glare at the bird sitting on my bed with a smug look plastered onto his face.

As the realisation of what happened the night prior dawned on me, my face flushed pink as Hawks smirk grew wider. I stood up, grabbed the collar of his partially unbuttoned shirt and dragged him out of my room.

I quickly got dressed, trying not to think about Hawks. Well, as much as I'll never admit it I do have a bit of a crush on him. His smile that could melt even the coldest of hearts. The way his golden eyes sparkled in the sun. And his majestic crimson wings. But if he ever found out I could never live it down.

I headed downstairs for breakfast and sat down at the table with Toga to my left and Twice to my right. Toga started talking in a lovestruck voice about 'Deku' and 'ochaco' again, while Twice went from lovingly agreeing with Toga to cussing her out.

After a few minutes Hawks came down and sat across from me just as breakfast was being served. I had F/B (favourite breakfast) and Hawks just sat there watching me eat.

When everyone had finished eating Shigi started assigning people missions.

"And last but not least, Y/N, you stay here and watch Hawks to make sure he is truly trustworthy." Said Shigaraki, in his sandpaper voice.

"Why am I stuck on babysitting duty." I wined.

"Because. Ok everyone go do the thing I told you to."

About 15 minutes later, when everyone had left, Hawks tried to start up a conversation with me but quickly gave up. I pulled out my phone and started scrolling through Insta when my Focus was pulled away by Hawks hugging me from behind.

"What are you doing?" I said confusion clear in my voice.

"You had no problem with me doing this last night." He whispered in a sly tone.

"I was drunk." I mumbled embarrassed of what happened.

Just then the door burst open revealing a dishevelled Toga followed by a pissed of Shigaraki and Dabi.

"This'll have to wait my little bird." He said in a hushed tone before following the two men into a side room of the bar.

I stayed seated, attempting to hide the still prominent blush on my checks due to that damn bird.

That damn bird.....
