"please stop."i laughed, watching the half-dead man tied up in the chair, his blood surrounding him. "oh, you wanna beg now?" i took the knife out of his arm, causing him to let out a vivid yell in pain. "you sure didn't care when my mom begged you to stop." i laughed again, tears coming out of my eyes. "you took my mom away from me." i said, stabbing him in his leg, making him scream and cry in pain. "i-i didn't kill her!" he replied.
"you basically did! she killed herself after what you did. and now, you're going to pay.":———:
"i don't wanna be here."
those were the first words to come out of my mouth as i opened the car door, already dreading my new life.
i had just moved to Woodsboro with my family - unwillingly, might i add. i moved from ohio, and boy was a it a journey to remember.
my mom just rolled my eyes at me. "you're being dramatic, [y/n]. you're going to make plenty of friends here." her tone wasn't too convincing, only irritating me further.i just scoffed in reply, picking up my suitcases. "i didn't have many friends before, now i have none." i started to walk towards the house, ignoring her sighing to my father about me.
"you'll be surprised at how easy it is to make new friends at a entirely new place. no one knows you, they'll want to."i just laughed, opening the creaky door. i stepped inside, hearing my mother, father and little sister trailing behind me. "not bad, look wise." i said mainly to myself, as i looked around. it was just your ordinary middle-class house.
"your father will drive you to your school for the first couple of days; but you will get the bus after that." my mom said, making me sigh. i hated socialising, i hated busses.
"first one to get up the stairs gets the big room!" my little sister said, making me growl. she was already up half the stairs, running in front of me. i just sighed. "she isn't getting the big room."
"you had the big room last time." my mom said sternly, making me frown and fold my arms.
"i'm older.""by three years!" my sister yelled, sticking her tongue out. i rolled my eyes at her, impatiently tapping my foot on the floorboard. i just wanted to sleep it all off. "whatever, i'm gonna sleep downstairs. can't be arsed." i mumbled to my mother, exhausted.
"michael will be waking you up at 7 o'clock sharp tomorrow." she simply replied. i grumbled a "whatever", flopping onto the couch.
i already knew i'd hate it here.:———:
"i don't wanna be here." i whispered to myself, watching people eye me curiously or disgustedly as i walked past them. this seems like a wonderful place. i opened the door that said 'mr himbry' after knocking twice, and the old man turned to look at me, annoyed at first, but then gave me a small smile. "hi, [y/n] was it?" he asked, to which i nodded in reply.
