Ahaan comes home from a tiring day at office, but with a radiant smile. Ishqi had a day off, today. Ahaan runs all the way upstairs, to meet his lovely wifey and hugs her from the back.

''Guess karo ki mein tumhare liye kya leke ayaa hoon.'' Ahaan said.

''Aap mere liye kuch leke aye ho?  Ishqi asked excitedly.

Ahaan: Guess karo na.
Ishqi: Ummmmm... Ring? Ya fir Necklace? Ya cake? (Gets more excited)

Ahaan: Nahi baba. Mein humare honeymoon ke liye tickets leke ayaa hoon. Aur woh bhi yahin Delhi main. Kyunki mujhe patha hai ki meri Ishqi ko apne family se bohot door Jana pasand nahi hai.
Ishqi: Kyaaaaaaaa!!?? (screams in elation)

Screen shifts to "Family ko batana"

The Malhotras gather in the living room as requested by Ahaan.

Veer : Ahaan beta, hum sablogo ko yahaan kyu bulaya?

Dadi: Haan batha, putthar.

''Woh Dadi... Mein yeh bathana chahtha tha ki... Mein aur...'' Ahaan said nervously

Sonu: Batao bhai. Aap aur...? (Gives a teasing look)

''Oye, chipkali! Chup reh. Bhai kuch important batana chahthe hain''. says Kartik.(Raises one of his eyebrows)

Ahaan: Woh, Haan. Mein aur hum. I mean mein aur Ishqi... woh...

''Arey, bhai. Aap bathane main itna hichkicha kyun rahe ho? Seedha seedha batao na ki aap Bhabhi ko leke honeymoon par Jana chahthe ho.'' says Kartik teasing and smiling like a rat.

Sonu: Oye, cheapde. Tune kyun bathaya? Main toh yeh bhai ke muh se sunna chahthi thi.

Ahaan: Tum dono abhi ke abhi ladna band karo!!

Sonu and Karthik: Sorry bhai / bhaiyya (still laughing)

Veer: Beta, ab batao ki baath kya hai

Ahaan: Papa, woh mein aur Ishqi ha...
Honeymoon par jaa rahe hain.

Dadi: (Glares)

Ishqi: Dadi, hum kahin door nahi jaa rahe hai. Yahin Delhi main teen-chaar din ke liye..

Dadi: Theek hai, theek hai. Ab tum sablog apne - apne kamre main jaao.

(Family gathering dispersed)

Scene shifts to IshqAan's bedroom

AVM, kya zaroorath sabko aaj hi bathane ki? Sabke saamne sharminda kardiya.'' said Ishqi who was embarrassed.

''Arrey! Mein toh sabko yahi batha raha tha ki hum dono ko Jana hai. Thaaki jaathe waqt Dadi hume roke bina, koi sawaal pooche bina jaane de. Aur tum toh mujh par hi gussa kar rahi ho.'' Ahaan says innocently.

Ishqi: (stares) Gussa? Meine kab gussa kiya?

Ahaan: (whispers to himself) yeh mein kaha phas gaya yaar?

Ishqi: Aapne kuch kaha? Aapne zarur mujhe curse kiya hoga.

Ahaan: Yeh tum kya soch rahi ho? Meine kuch kahaa hi nahi, toh tume curse kahaan se karunga?

Ishqi: lekin aap mann mai mujhe gaali de rhe the na?

Ahaan: gaali? Maltab curse?

Ishqi: haa... Aapko do do language mai bolna padtha hai. Shukar hai ki mujhe English aati hai.

Ahaan: Sorry na

Ishqi ignores his sorry, bangs the door and goes out of the room.
Ahaan thinks of plan and calls Kartik to help him.
