Mark Finds Out

Mark's POV:

Jack was staying at my house for a while and it was the beginning of the second week when i started to notice a change in jack's behavior. he was acting more childish and he was a lot more emotional. He was in the kitchen when he accidentally dropped a plate and it shattered on the ground. I ran in because i heard a crash and I seen him on the ground picking up the pieces. "Jack.... Jack stop!" he froze in place and didn't move. I quickly grabbed him and sat him on the counter while i cleaned up the glass and threw it away. he was sitting there on the verge of tears and he was saying something along the lines of "I'm a big boy and It's okay" He started to chew on his sleeve and a few tears came down his face. "aww jack, it's okay, i just didn't want you to get hurt." I had an idea that he was a little but I wanted to confirm it. I picked him up and started rubbing his back while he cried. I whispered sweet nothings in his ear which seemed to calm him down much faster. after about 10 minutes of crying, he started to calm down and then fell asleep in my arms. I laid down on the couch with him laying on my lap. After I laid there for about 20 minutes I took a nap with him.

(2 hours later)

I woke up to Jack crying and so I woke him up. "jack it's okay, i'm here. Nothing's gonna hurt you." "Daddy!" he hugged me tight and cuddled into me. "It's okay, daddy's here, nothings gonna get you as long as i'm here to protect you." I said to make him feel better.  he smiled and said something that i never thought i would hear. "I wuv you daddy" I cooed at him softly. "aww, I love you too baby."

(authors note: Im gonna pause this here but I need to know if i should continue this or just leave it as is. this story does have potential and i cant wait to hear your guys's opinions on it. it'll get so much better from here. i should be adding dark and maybe anti in the future.
