S- You have no idea how  long I've waited for my dessert time Anokhi. Its been on my mind since you've set foot in our room two days ago. I'm the ever comprehensible husband to you. Two nights we slept side by side after you burnt the midnight candle with your revision work. I was content with just holding you and breathing you while you slept peacefully. You thought, dear wifey, how did I spend those two nights, hmmm?

Anokhi felt her heart beating furiously in her chest. Surely even he could hear it. It was deafening! She closed her right hand into a fist and placed it on her heart. Shaurya noted her gesture and smiled wickedly.

Little wifey is not so unruffled afterall, he thought. She's still resisting! he chuckled and shook his head. This is indeed his Anokhi. Happy, bubbly, fearless, courageous, smart, intelligent, topper, leader, undefeated, glorious in her love, his love, his wife. His chest swells with pride each time he watches her. These past two days have been a huge test to his nerves and eagerness. Hell, even his ancestors must have turned in their tombs had they seen him how he was patient these 2 days. Nobody could ever have predicted that The shaurya Sabherwal had a patient streak in him. But he knew that these final exams for his wifey were important and if she was given the space and support she much needed from him, once she gets over with it, she'll be in the right mind to be fully his. And in the meanwhile, he got ample time to plan this night, their actual first night to the finest detail.

Only thing that he didn't plan was what to do next. He had expected that the warm bathtub session would extract a lil sigh from her, but she resisted! He had leaned on the tile walls by the side of the bathtub watching her drifting lower and lower in the water, he relished watching her in her birthday suit. He thanked God for the perfect girl He sent for him only, express from Kapurthala. True to her words, she uttered nothing and he wanted to applaud her resistance.

And so, he had set forth the second part of his plan. The ice session. Anokhi was flushed from the warmth of the rose scented bath, and ice compress only brought a rosy hue to her already glowing skin. The little minx muffled her cries and sobs very well. She still resisted his seduction. Not giving up. And here he was, burning like a furnace! He deliberately had switched off the AC so that she wouldn't catch a chill after the warm bath. What he didn't anticipate was him burning bright red, needing the cooling down.

And here they were, him stretched besides his beloved blindfolded wife who was lying flat on her back, breathing so hard, rigid as a rope, heart thumping so loud, smelling as sweet as the chocolate he had drizzled on her and still not a word uttered. What to do now? thought Shaurya frantically as he watched her. His plan was up to this point. She should have given up by now. He was desperate to touch her. His patience had its own limit and right now it was muslin paper thin.

He sighed and accepted that his Anokhi will never accept defeat. What was the use of all this torture? He propped himself on a pillow and was about to call off the game when he noticed that she was smiling broadly. Her body was no longer taut. she shifted on her side and they found themselves face to face, nose nearly touching.

A- Time's up, PS! Your song is over...

Shaurya was jolted back to the moment. Wait, what? he whirled to look accusingly at this laptop. Blast the thing! He looked back at her and breathed in hard. She reached out and loosened the blindfold. She blinked several times, adjusted to the dim and filtered light in their room, she then loosened her hair as if in slow motion. Or was he in trance? Shaurya was mesmerised by her.

A- Hmmmm, PS?

Anokhi looked him straight in the eyes. He could see the mischief lurking in it.

S- Yes, wifey?

Shaurya found it tough to reply. His throat was constricted. She was glorious! His eyes were feasting on her every movement. and she knew it.

A- I think I might have just won your game.

This wasn't his plan. Not at all.
