Ultraman Nexus II (Draft 1)

Real beginning

Zagi and Nexus charges towards each other, Nexus's punches all gets blocked by Zagi and Zagi retaliates with multiple superior punches and a kick powerful enough to send Ultraman flying into multiple buildings. 

How would your chosen option benefit you or your loved ones in any way? Want to look like a hero? To who? All of your loved ones are now going to die because of your selfish act.

Nexus flies to propell for a powerful kick but Zagi just catches Ultraman's legs and slams him into multiple buildings before kicking him again across the city this time.

Zagi tries stomping on Ultraman's head but Ultraman dodges it and manages to trip over Zagi but Zagi floats and uses the momentum of the powerful trip to deliver another kick Ultraman, sending him back into the center of the city where the fight started. Zagi shoots the gravity beam at Ultraman in which Ultraman counters it with a shield and flies towards Zagi, successfully deflecting Zagi's own attack. Which unsuprisingly infuriates Zagi even more, fight now happens in the air after Zagi grabs Ultraman by the throat, flies into the sky and tries to fly down with higher acceleration and slam Ultraman's head to the floor but before anything mid flight Ultraman knee-butts Zagi in the abdomine before punching his face, grabbing his neck and punching his face one more time before using the Cross-Ray Schtrom and shooting it right at Zagi to which Zagi easily counters with his own body and realizing the gravity of the situation transforms into Junis blue to which he uses the Schtrom Bow which ended up missing Zagi, creating a huge explosion and temporary blindness with smoke that evaporates quickly but not quick enough for Zagi to process anything, Ultraman flies behind him at extreme speeds and stabs right through Zagi's neck while flying at a consistent rate, weakening Zagi in the process until they both slam into a hill. Ultraman shoots the Cross-Ray Schtrom but the midst of shooting Zagi charges straight through the beam, grabs Ultraman by the throat and since he is in Junis blue form his punches aren't powerful enough to seriously hurt Zagi who then grabs Ultraman by the right arm and crushes the armband. Zagi throws Ultraman to the ground and pins him by the left arm in which he slowly puts pressure until the left arm band is destroyed, that way he will be unable to absorb dark energy and convert it to light. Zagi then punches Ultraman some more, knowing he will be unable to use ranged attacks to finish Ultraman off he gribs onto Ultraman head with both of his hands and proceeds to start crushing Ultraman's head. An excruciating 30 seconds passes for Ultraman before a powerful explosion happens, we then see Ultraman lying on the floor, head shattered into pieces. Not even a minute later however the pieces that make up Ultraman's head that were initially glowing dark energy all of a sudden shined brightly and before Zagi who was about to walk away stood an angelic figure. 

Answers: Since Ultraman cannot absorb dark energy via his armband no more, he will only be able to absorb dark energy through open wounds. In the real world, the crushed head would have resulted in an instant death, but this is the after life so beings technically cannot die, which is how Nexus survived a crushed head and was able to transform into Noa by converting Zagi's dark energy. 

A constant cycle of kicks, punches and blocks happen until Ultraman Noa decides to fall back, and uses the gravity beam, to which Zagi uses his own but since Zagi is naturally inferior to Noa, Ultraman's gravity beam overpowers Zagi's and sure enough, charges up for the Noa shoot and Zagi explodes into a million small particles, which then r e f o r m.

How?

Ultraman and Zagi continue to fight, this time on par with each other instead of Noa being more powerful. Both of them shoot their shots at each other and both of them also ends up blowing up. Some of Ultraman's particles gets absorbed into Dark Zagi, in which now Dark zagi is once again superior to Ultraman in the fight. Ultraman tries keeping up but the same results from earlier in the fight when he was Junis red happens, Noa gets overpowered by Zagi and sure enough Zagi manages to pin the now weaker Noa onto the ground.
