Chapter 21

•Haileys POV•

I sat on the couch in their apartment staring at the tv not paying attention to what was happening around me.

Thoughts of Matt and Carter started to race throughout my head giving me a headache.

I honestly didn't know who to choose Matt is oh so sweet and has always been there for me. But Carter on the other hand was always my bestest friend from the beginning until he bullied me.

Why is life so complicated?

My thoughts were then distracted by Andrea waving her hand in front of my face.

"I'm sorry what happened?" I asked.

"We asked you if you wanted to go out and get some food, but you started zoning out," Jenn slowly said.

"Oh yeah. Um... sure!" I responded quickly.

"Before we go, what were you thinking about?"

"Just about Matt and Carter. I just don't know who to choose, but there's a 70% chance that it'll most likely be Matt."

"Yasss betch Mattley for life!" Jenn yelled causing it to echo throughout the apartment and make Andrea pout.

"Dude chill out, it's not like I'm marrying him or something."

"You will soon enough," Jenn reassured. I playfully rolled my eyes.

"Okay whatever you say. But anyways let's go get some food I'm starving!" Both girls agreed and we left to go to Chipotle.

•Matt's POV•

As we were sitting down on the little loveseats, I got a text from an unknown number.

Unknown: You and Carter stay away from Hailey or one of your friends will get it.

I looked up to see if one of the guys were doing that just to scare me. But in fact none of them were on their phones except for me.

Creepy.

I locked my phone and shoved it back in my pocket. Just ignoring the text from the unknown number.

A few seconds later we were being attacked by waterguns by JC, Kian, Ricky, and Sam. From then it started to become a huge water fight.

After all of us were soaked from the water, we decided to just sit down and film YouTube videos. Which left a huge mess after.

A few minutes after we filmed The YouTube videos. Kian asked us a question.

"So how did you guys like staying at Hailey's apartment?"

"Well it's really fun. But we tend to get on her nerves and make a mess," said Shawn.

"Haha okay then. Which one of you is crushing on her?" JC asked making all the boys look at me and Carter. Which allowed us to shyly raise our hands.

"They're literally like heads over heels for her. I try to keep her far away from them as possible, but she's like really close with them," Nash babbled. I looked over at Sam and noticed he was death glaring us.

I wonder why.

"Awe. But to be honest I think Matt and Hailey would look cute together," Ricky said.

"No Carter and Hailey does!" Hayes whined. Which started their entire argument of who looked cuter with Hails.

Carter and I awkwardly sat there looking at the guys.

"Enough! As Hailey's 'older brother' I think she shouldn't be dating anyone because she is way too young do be dating someone," Sam screamed.

"You know what I agree with Sam. He's completely right. Hailey is too young to date someone and she won't be able to date anyone without mine and Sam's permission." Said Nash.

Everyone then seemed to quiet down and all was dead silent.
