{ Later On That Night (3:00) }

I was running around my room looking for my shirt for work when i turnt && seen mini standing there with it in her hand i grabbed it && put it on i was finna be late i had 30 mins to get to work or i would be fired i was already late but they give us a extra couple mins to get there n i slipped on ma taxis throwing ma hair up into a messy ponytail since i didnt have my bun in no more . i grabbed mini backpack && her blanket juss in case she was to go to sleep i slipped ma keys around ma wrist && grabbed mini hand locking my door i didnt pay attention to tiff boyfriend sitting on the couch as i rushed out the door slamming it shut behind me like any otha time he yelled sum but ian hear it i ran down stairs to mrs.rose house she was like a grandmother to me she was a beautiful old lady she was light with black hair that had grey going thru it she had pretty grey eyes n was really short . i knocked on the door roughly when i heard her speak on the otha side of the door few seconds later she swung the door open

Me: hey grams im sorry im so late right now

i hugged her n she hugged me kissing my cheek taking mini bag mini rushed to the back room when i heard her talking n laughing with mrs.rose grandson he was so gorgeous but bad as hell

Mrs.rose: ikno baby juss be careful on ur way honey

Me: i will BYE MINI

I heard her yell bye && i turnt around going to my car i got in tryna start my car but it wouldnt start i punched the staring wheel getting out locking up my car going to the bus that was juss pulling up i hopped on puttin my money in the machine walking to a seat sitting down . i got there about 20mins later iknow this was gonna be my last time working here i ran inside going into the store i ran to the back && clocked in

??: aleeyah ur late again

Me: iknow diana im so sorry my car broke down

Diana: u know this was ur last strike so after ur shift meet me in my office

i nodded bout ready to cry i put my stuff in my locker walking to the front i was restocking the shelves when 2guys n a girl who looked pregnant walked in they was laughing n stuff i walked up to them

Me: hello welcome to footlocker im aleeyah do u guys have anything specific in mind lemme know && ill take a look for u enjoy

i smiled turning to walk away when i heard the girl call me

Girl: uhh hey haha acctually im looking for the jordan carmines in a size 6 && 11

Me: girls&&guys??

Girl: yes please

i smiled walking to the back grabbing the shoes && walking back up to the front to see her sitting down leaning on the tall guy she was previously holding hands with the otha guy was looking at a pair of jordan 6s "infrared" i walked up to them sitting the boxes down taking the size 11 out handing it to the guy && taking out the 6 bending down to help her put them on she grabbed my hand after putting it on && stood up

Girl: omg thank u so much i wouldnt have been able to bend down there n put that on

she laughed n i chuckled shaking my head

Me: no problem its my job

she looked at the shoes on her feet
