// Soobin POV //

I yawned, walking down the stairs. The sun was barely up, although it had already tinted the sky a light pink color.

"Taehyun?" I was surprised to find my dongsaeng sleeping on the couch instead of his room.

He stirred a little, looking up to see me.

"Oh, morning hyung." He mumbled.

"Tae, what are you doing here?"

"Kai kicked me out of our room." He rubbed his eyes slightly.

"What?"

"Hyung, I'm not here to repeat myself like a freaking parrot." Taehyun finally started to actually wake up. "He kicked me out of our room last night. Could you go talk to him? He's been such an asshole to me recently."

I sighed, "Fine, but don't call your dongsaeng an asshole."

"Yeah, yeah."

I knocked on the door a few times, before I heard a 'come in'.

Huening Kai was sitting on his bed, scrolling through his phone. He looked as if he had been awake for hours.

"Oh, hi hyung."

I gave him a pointed look, "Why did Taehyun tell me you kicked him out of your room?"

Kai rolled his eyes slightly, "Hyung, I don't feel like being lectured at the moment."

"Stop with the attitude and answer my question."

He scoffed, returning to whatever he was doing on his phone.

Irritation flooding me, I grabbed it out of his unsuspecting hands.

"Yah! Give it back!" He tried to fight it out of my tight grasp.

"No, I think I'll be keeping this for the rest of the day. You obviously need to learn some respect."

"Fine, I'll answer your stupid question! Taehyun and me got into a fight and I got mad and kicked him out! Now could I have my phone back?" I could tell he only responded to get his device back. He didn't even apologize for being rude or anything.

"Too late, although I appreciate the response." I said, walking out of his room.

// Author POV //

Kai was obviously upset with Soobin, although he was pretty good at hiding it.

He's been doing little things to tick off Taehyun, 'accidentally' tripping him during dance practice and stuff. The only reason he's messing with Tae and not one of the others is because Taehyun is the most tolerable with the maknae.

Yeonjun and Soobin draw an immediate line which the younger knows not to cross. Beomgyu prefers to be more of a comforting hyung than an authoritative hyung, but even he has his limits.

Taehyun was different. He was always the most patient, and the others have rarely ever seen him mad at anyone. So imagine their surprise when he finally snapped.

I'm not sure what the hell is wrong with Kai, but I seriously hope he stops. Yesterday he started just yelling at me and complaining about my side of the room when his side is always littered with clothes.
