The Concert

As we we're walking to the venue we were talking about different stuff we liked to do and stuff we like. "So you can play the cello?" Jaime asked as we walked. "Yeah, I'm pretty good at it too." I tell him. He smiles and say, "Maybe you could play me a song sometime..." I looked up at him kinda shocked that he wanted ME to play him a song. "Um yeah sure maybe..." I said. "Okay so once we get there, you're gonna walk in with me through the back and then we'll get you a back-stage pass." He says as we walk to the back of the venue. We walked in and the security guard stopped us and said to me, "You're not allowed to be..." Jaime stopped him mid-sentence and said, "It's okay. She's with me." The security guard nodded then walked away. "Thanks." I said. Jaime smiled and said, "Hey no problem, now let's go find the rest of the band." I stopped walking once he said that. "What's wrong?" He asked sounding a little worried. I just realized that I was going to meet Pierce the Veil. "Marisa?" He asked sounding really worried now. "Oh sorry... I just realized I was going to meet my favorite band... I guess I'm a little shocked." I say. He starts laughing once I say that. "Yeah, yeah just laugh it up why don't you." I say a little bit mad. He stops laughing and said, "Sorry I guess it's just funny how your... what's the word... fangirling." I laughed now realizing why he would laugh. "Yeah, I guess your right." I say. "So let's go meet your favorite band! Oh and put this on." Jaime says while handing me a back-stage pass. "Thanks." I say. "Okay let's go so I can get ready." He said while he grabbed my arm and ran to a door that says "PIERCE THE VEIL". Jaime opened the door and yelled, "Hey guys! I'm back!" I followed behind him. As I did that I saw some people sitting on the couch. "It's about time, Jaime where have you been! You know we start... Who's that?" The voice said. I knew who it was right away. It was Vic. "Guys, this is Marisa. I met her in the park and I was talking to her for awhile so that's why I was late." Jaime said as he pushed me in front of him. "Um hi..." I said shyly. "Hey it's nice to met you Marisa!" Vic said. I looked over to the couch and looked at the other two people on it. It was of course Mike and Tony. Tony stood up and grabbed his guitar and said, "Nice to meet you Marisa." I smiled. Mike had grabbed his drumsticks and said, "Yeah um nice to meet you Marisa." I smiled again. "Nice to meet you guys too..." I said but, it more like a whisper. "She gonna stay and watch the show." Jaime said to the guys. "Okay, but hurry up and get ready, Jaime, we're on in like ten minutes!" Vic yelled running over to his guitar. "Okay, hey Marisa, do you have any friends that came tonight?" Jaime asked me while he grabbed his bass. "Um, yeah but they don't know I came tonight." I told him quietly cause I was still in a little shock from meeting PTV. "Okay so since you'll probably wanna hang out with them too after the concert, you can give them these." Jaime said as he handed me two back-stage passes. "TWO MINUTES!" Someone yelled. "I got to go Marisa, promise me you'll come back here after the concert." Jaime says. "I promise and I'll bring my friends with me too." I tell him. "Jaime, let's go! Sorry I didn't introduce myself properly. I'll do that after the show." Vic told me. "Yeah, we will too." Tony said. "Okay." I say to Vic and Tony. "Bye Marisa!" Jaime said as he ran out the room with the other guys. I walked out of the room, closed the door behind me, and walked to the crowd to find my friends. After awhile of searching I found my best friend Ale and my other best friend Esperanza in front of the stage. I pushed my way through and walked up to them. "Um, hey Ale. Hey Esperanza." I somewhat yelled cause of the noise. They both turned around and looked at me shocked. "I thought you were on a date with Adam tonight." Ale said. I looked down and said, "Um yeah well about that... Adam cheated on me and we broke up." I whisper to them. "What! Are you serious? I'm gonna kick his ass!" Ale yelled. "Yeah me too! Where is he?" Esperanza said. "No guys it's ok. I don't fell that bad anymore cause someone cheered me up." I tell them. "What do you mean?" Esperanza asks. I tell them, "Well I sorta kinda met Jaime Preciado in the park and he cheered me up. Then I kinda sorta met Pierce the Veil and that's how I ended up here." They both looked at me like they didn't believe me. "Haha, that's funny Marisa now tell us the truth." Ale said wanting a better answer. "You guys don't believe me... fine then. Look at this." I say as I pull out my back-stage pass. "What!!! Ale I think she's telling the truth." Esperanza says. "I am... oh and um here you guys go... Jaime wanted me to give this to my friends." I say as I hand them there back-stage passes. "Whoa! You really are telling the truth." Ale says. I nod my head. Then Pierce the Veil runs out on stage. Jaime stands like right in front of us. Once he sees me, he looks down, smiles, and gives me a thumbs up. I do the same back. "Yep. You weren't kidding." Ale says. Then, they start to play my favorite song, I'm Low On Gas And You Need A Jacket.
