Jungkook's POV

God I'm so nervous right now..

Today's another day of trying to get Taehyung to notice my efforts.

Currently I'm sitting in the canteen with Namjoon and Yoongi.

I've been staring at every entrance since we arrived and can't help but feel anxious.

What if my efforts are meaningless again??
I SWEAR TO GOD IM GONNA-

"Earth to Jungkook! Hello???" Namjoon Hyung waved his hand across my face to get my attention.

"Oh I'm sorry I zoned out" I replied and Yoongi rolled his eyes.

"Yeah..Sure" Yoongi chuckled and crossed his arms while Namjoon shook his head and continued to eat.

Honestly they can think whatever they want to think.

My top priority right now is getting Taehyung's attention.

Speaking about Taehyung...

I started to look around to see if I missed him, and sure enough I did.

"Um..I'll be right back" I said leaving Namjoon and Yoongi behind.

I start making my way over to Taehyung with all my heart and soul leading me.

He's currently sat at the table in the corner where hardly anyone goes.

I hurriedly jogged over and threw myself in a seat in front of him.

"OH MY GOD YOU SCARED ME" Taehyung yelled and I giggled.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to startle you" I said crossing my arms on the table and leaning forward.

"God. I'm going to get something to drink." Taehyung said getting up causing me to stand up as well.

"I'm parched too! I'll follow!" I eagerly went around the table to follow.

"Ahaha..Sure I guess" Taehyung said making me smile.

I like being around him.

I mean obviously I would be..

"HE ANNOYS ME SO FUCKING MUCH JIMIN!" Taehyung exclaimed as I giddily walked with him.

"He's not that bad" I chuckled and Taehyung shook his head and aggressively turned towards me.

"No.You don't understand! He's trying to get something out of me...Oh my god! WHAT IF HE KNOWS I WAS THE ONE THAT STOLE HIS IRONMAN PENCIL CASE IN 6TH GRADE?" Taehyung stressfully pulled his hair making me laugh.

"Who knows? Maybe he just wants to be friends?" I asked and Taehyung shook his head once more.

"No! Something is up. I just feel like he has an alternative motive" Taehyung said causing me to scoff.

"You're crazy! If he does what would it be?" I asked and he paused to think.

"Maybe he likes you?" He said making me choke.

"WHAT?" I yelled and he looked at me dumbfounded.

"What?? It's possible..You never know" Taehyung said nudging me with his elbow.

"Trust me. I know" I said before starting to think about the possibilities.

Taehyung can't be right...right?
