Jimin's POV

It's finally the end of detention and I plan to sleepover again at Hobi's place.

Detention is almost a couple days left. It ends next Tuesday.

AND LEFT ME TELL YOU IM THE HAPPIEST PERSON ALIVE!!!

I CANT WAIT TO FINALLY DO WHATEVER I WANNA DO AFTER SCHOOL!!

I arrive at Hobi's door step and knock.

I'm greeted by a happy Hobi and Taehyung.

"TWO MORE DAYS LEFT JIMIN!!" Taehyung said before blowing on a kazoo.

"I know!!" I jumped for joy and hugged both of them.

"Cmon I bet you're starving!" Hobi said bringing me to the kitchen where I see Jungkook eating his food quietly.

My eyes linger on him while the two boys drag me past.

I finally come to my sense and Taehyung pauses.

"Are you okay?" He asked and I nodded reassuringly.

We then continue on and Hobi serves me a plate and sets it down next to Jungkook.

OF ALL PLACES.

I sit down looking at Jungkook and observing his features, but he didn't move a muscle.

Just like before in detention.

I look down at my plate and start taking bites.

"Mm this is delicious!" I said and Hobi nodded.

"My cousin Kook is a great chef!" Hobi said and I froze.

I swallowed the food sharply and turned to Jungkook.

"Mm you cook really well!" I said overly sweet and continued to eat.

I only received a small nod which was more than I thought I was going to get.

Soon enough we all finish and I volunteer to wash dishes.

Hobi and Taehyung make way upstairs as Jungkook stayed down here with me.

"Hey..are you okay?" I asked and he nodded.

"Jungkook I'm serious..Are you doing okay?" I said and Jungkook stared at me and gave me a tight hug.

"Thank you for asking" Jungkook whispered in my ear and let me go.

He then walked away and into the study.

I smiled to myself feeling better and finished washing the dishes.

After drying my hands I go upstairs and enter Hobi's room.

When I enter I notice Hobi and Taehyung sitting accordingly.

"Uh..what's all this?" I asked and they patted a spot on the bed.

"Sit Jimin" Taehyung said and I sat down confusedly.

"What is it?" I asked and Hobi inhaled.

"Do you like Jungkook? Are you guys a thing?" Taehyung asked and I jolted in shock.

"What?? No!" I replied about to stand up, but Hobi holds me down.

"Jimin Calm down..Just let us talk first" Hobi said massaging my shoulder.

"We have been noticing the amount of time you spend with Jungkook-"

"YEAH BECAUSE WE HAVE DETENTION TOGETHER" I cut Hobi off and they were both taken aback.

"Well that doesn't explain why you smell like him" Taehyung said and I was speechless.

"It also doesn't explain why you both suddenly left and came back together after you asked if I liked him" Taehyung said and I couldn't look at either of them.

I could rat out Jungkook even though I'm in the deep end right now.

"It also doesn't explain how you stared at him for so long when passing by him earlier or explain the HUG WE JUST SAW" Taehyung got up and Hobi calmed him down.

"Listen Jimin we're not upset if you guys have a relationship. We would just like to know why you guys haven't told us" Hobi said and I was flabbergasted.

"Guys it's not what you think-" I said but was cut off.

"It's exactly what we think! You made me believe you resented him and everything! You didn't tell me you were tutoring him! I only found out the day you guys woke me up! I was so carelessly rude to him without knowing my own bestfriend was dating him! What do you think he'll think of me?!?" Taehyung said and I shook my head.

This isn't how things were supposed to go.

"Guys please believe me!" I said and Taehyung looked away.

"Jimin leave the room for a bit..I'm going to try and calm Taehyung down" Hobi said and lead me out.

I was speechless.

I walked down the stairs and into the study. The last place I saw Jungkook enter.

"Well you officially done it!" I said as I entered the study.

Jungkook looked at me confusedly.

"Are you happy now? Your goal of breaking Taehyung and I apart succeeded! You won the war! Go to him and win him over!" I said spewing nonsense.

"Jimin what are you talking about?" He asked and I walked over to him and punched his chest.

"They think we're dating! They didn't even let me explain! HELL EVEN IF THEY LET ME I COULDNT WITHOUT TELLING THEM YOU LIKE TAEHYUNG!" I said sobbing into his chest this time.

"Hey it's all a misunderstanding. It's nothing to cry over.. It will all be sorted out" Jungkook said oddly maturely and I looked up and stared into his eyes.

"It's all your fault! If you didn't need tutoring nothing like this would've happened" I said and Jungkook continued to stare down at me.

"I hate you! I hate you! I hate you!" I punched his chest but he stopped me by grabbing my fists.

"You being down here in the study with me only solidifies their claims. You better leave before they confirm their accusations" Jungkook said and I wiped my tears.

I humphed and exited the room before Taehyung and Hobi would notice.

I then sit on the couch and wait for them to call me back upstairs.

It was strange how Jungkook became so mature in the matter of a few days.

Maybe his crush on Taehyung was childish and held him back from reaching his maturity.

I smiled at the fact that he was still looking out for me even though I blamed him for everything.
