At the age of 2 Tulio was getting ready to hear my first word. He tried his best but nothing worked. He decided to get help from his reasonable friend Carla.
"Carla. I need you're advice." Said Tulio.
"What seems to be the trouble Tulio?" Asked Carla.
"How do you make a baby talk?" Asked Tulio.
"Well Tulio. You see it takes time. You may never know when it's gonna say something." Explained Carla.
"Oh. I guess I'll wait." Said Tulio.
"You're daughter is really cute." Said Carla.
"Thanks. Her name is Luna." Said Tulio.
"Like the night sky." Said Carla.
"Yeah." Said Tulio.
I woke up and at that very moment I said my first word.
"Papa." I said.
"Gasp" Said Carla.
"She's American?!" Asked Tulio.
Juan Carlos came in and heard everything.
"An American in Mexico. This is gonna be weird." Said Juan Carlos.
"That's easy for you to say." Said Carla.
From that day on they were stuck with me.
