"What is it"
"You know how I said killing dragons wasn't the answer"
"Yeah well I decide to trap a couple of dragons and take them to a place where they were safe and no one could find them"
"REALLY! You hear that Rhegal your not the last of your kind" at that the dragon let out a huge roar that shook the earth.
"Ahhhhh we need to get out of here come on Carl follow my lead" and with that Morgos swung herself onto the dragon and held out her hand and helped Carl get up.
"Up Rhegal up" at the sound of those words the dragon beat his mighty wings and before they knew it they where up in the clouds.
"So how about we find those other dragons"
"Thats a good idea they are two kilometers north of those woods up there"
"Cool did you get that Rhegal" he let out a slow bellow.
"I think I'll take that as a yes" the woods were dark and damp and dead the wind was colder and everything seemed more spooky.
"Are we nearly there yet"
"Yes we're getting close"
"Oh good where should we land"
"Down there near that cave" on command the dragon gracefully swooped down and landed gently on the rocky cliff. Morgos and Carl gently slide of the dragon and walked in single file Carl at the front and Rhegal at the back. They walked into a dark cave they found a torch and Rhegal gently blew on it with his fire and it lit. They walked further into the cave and they heard some dragon like noises.
"They are right behind this corner but we must be careful they might be a bit skittish"
"How did you know they were there"
"I had to chain them up otherwise they would fly away and return home and get killed but I delivered them food and water everyday they know me but are still wary of me"
"Let's let Rhegal go first"
"Good idea" Rhegal slowly walked around the corner and Carl and Morgos followed behind. Suddenly the dragons made no sound seeing Rhegal they walked forward to check him out. At first they didn't notice the two humans but once they gave Rhegal the all clear they noticed Carl and Morgos they knew Carl so they were calm but they didn't know Morgos. They started to back away.
"You need to bond to one of them"
"How"
"See the blue purple colored dragon walk up to him with your arms out I front of you and your palms facing up" slowly Carl walked up to the dragon doing what Morgos told him to do. The dragon still cautious bent his head down and sniffed Carl's hands. Then slowly Carl moved his right hand and touched the dragons scaly nose. The dragon closed his eyes and snorted.
"You have made a bond now cut his chains" with a big axe he cut the chains that bound the dragon to the wall of the cave. It stretched its wings but surprisingly it didn't take off.
"Now we need to find out what his name is"
"How do we do that?"
"You ask him"
"Okay"
"But introduce yourself first"
"Okay my name is Carl what is yours?"
"My name is Firnen" replied the dragon
"What's his name Carl?"
"He says his name is Firnen"
"Cool but what are we going to do about the other dragon we can't let it go it'll fly away and seek revenge"
"We need to keep her here until we can figure out what to do with her"
"But that's kinda cruel she'll be alone and her friend will be free"
"Well we don't have a choice"
"Why don't we tie her to her friend so she can learn some manners from him come on let's go back to Rhegals cave" with that Carl chopped the chains that bound the dragon to the wall and tied them to Firen. Then they walked out of the cave and mounted their dragons.
"Ready to fly your own dragon"
"I dunno"
"Just hold on and follow me" with that the dragons all beat their wings and they were up in the clouds again. The feeling of freedom engulfed the female dragon feeling the wind in her face again was amazing. Soon they were flying over they cold dark woods as the bright orange sun was setting.
"Wow it's beautiful up here hay Carl"
"Yeah flying our dragons into the sunset what more could you want"
"To land and have a rest because we're here" the dragons tucked in there wings and gracefully swooped to the cliff face. Once they had landed both Morgos and Carl gently slid off their dragons and left Rhegal to show the two new dragons around the cave.
"Do you think they'll be safe here"
"We can only watch and wait"
"I hope they don't do anything to endanger there lives"
"We'll just have to wait and see Morgos"
